    - On Monday, November 4th after between 4:45 and 5:36 p.m. my wife drove her car into the Watershed Car Wash and signed up for a membership. She followed the instructions exactly as she was told, and her car was sent straight into a cleaning brush that proceeded to tear apart her front bumper. She filed an incident report with the company, and they said they would respond in a few days. When we got a response, we were told that the issue was due to "driver error" despite the car being in neutral, as instructed. The manager informed me that they were not going to compensate us, despite the damages being a direct result of their negligence faulty hardware. We are seeking compensation for the repairs we are going to have to make due to the businesses' failure to accept responsibility.

My family and I have a membership with Watershed Car Wash that will expire on Aug 28, 2022. On Saturday, July 30th at 1:45pm, I drove my 2014 Infiniti QX-80 into the car wash. Halfway through the wash, I noticed that one of the spinning washers on the driver side broke my driver side mirror assembly. Immediately after the wash was completed, I went into the office where I spoke with an employee named ****** (Shift Supervisor). ****** took pictures of the damaged mirror with his phone and had me fill out an incident report. ****** told that the General Manager would call me about this incident. After several days, I had not received a call from the General Manager or anyone from this business, so I stopped into their office and spoke with an employee named ******* (Asst ********* ******* came out to see the damage to the mirror and told me that they are not responsible for damage to mirrors or antennas. He stated that there are signs posted at the entrance. I asked him why would you have a customer fill out an incident report if you knew you were not going to do anything about it. He refused to answer that. I asked him why didn't the General ****** not call me back regarding this incident, and he refused to answer that. He told me that if they get numerous reports from customers regarding damage to vehicles and they determine that there is a malfunction with their equipment that only then, will they take responsibility and address the issue with the customers affected. This business has many security cameras at the entrance and exit. I asked ******* to view the video footage which will clearly show that my mirror was fine before entering the carwash. It was damaged as I exited the other side. He continued to state that they will not take responsibility. The damage caused by Watershed Car Wash will easily be close to $2000. They should take responsibility for what happens in their business.
