Back on Dec 14, 2020, we signed up for Care.com premium account with a one-year contract/commitment. I have been trying to reach out to Care.com to confirm that my premium/paid account will end at the end of Nov 2021. I don't want to continue another year of the premium/paid subscription. I have followed direction on their website but I would like an actual confirmation from Care.com that it will end. I don't want to get locked into another year subscription. I also attempted contacting ***************** who set us up but my email is being rejected/blocked. Care.com has made it very difficult to cancel.Business response

Within the last two weeks I SUBSCRIBED monthly to be a member of care.com so I could find child care for my children while I worked. I was not successful in finding what I needed so I tried to cancel the monthly subscription. When i try to login and cancel the membership the site is not allowing me to. Please delete my account so I can be done with this.Business response
