This company is by far the biggest scam Ive ever dealt with. They call themselves a coaching company but 90% of what you will be doing is some low level Kijabi course. They said all the right things to get me to sign up and it wasnt ANYTHING like they said in the sales calls. I believe they intentionally mislead me to get a sale. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

On December 14, 2022, I had an initial video call with a representative from Next Level Coaching Academy, during which I was promised that their services would result in obtaining enough clients within the first 30 days to cover the cost of the monthly payments. However, after 30 days, I did not acquire a single new client from this program, despite following their prescribed strategies diligently. My initial payment was $408 12/14/22, the next payment was $382. When I expressed my concerns and requested to cancel my subscription due to the failure to deliver on the promised results, Next Level Coaching Academy insisted that I continue with the course, assuring me that success would follow. Despite trying additional strategies recommended by them, I still did not gain any clients.Subsequently, I requested cancellation of the payments, but the company ceased responding to my communications altogether. Instead, I began receiving relentless calls and emails from debt collectors, which have significantly impacted my financial situation and credit score.Furthermore, when I attempted to seek assistance from Next Level Coaching Academy via social media, they promptly blocked **** believe Next Level Coaching Academy may possess a recorded video call of our initial consultation, which could serve as evidence supporting my claims. Additionally, I have attached copies of emails exchanged between myself and Next Level Coaching Academy, which demonstrate the promises made and my attempts to address the issue with the company. This situation has caused me undue financial stress and has damaged my creditworthiness. I feel misled by Next Level Coaching Academy's promises and have been left in a precarious financial situation due to their failure to deliver on their commitments and lack of responsiveness to my requests for resolution.I am seeking a full refund of the payments made to Next Level Coaching Academy, as well as a cessation of all debt collection efforts related to this matter.

We have since come to an arrgangement with ********** and will ensure she is welcomed back into her program and provided the assistance she needs. In regards to the former complaint, here is an outline of the events.

************* account was forwarded to collections in June 2023 due to non payment with our third party financing company,  IGW Solutions. Accounts are given 90 days before being submitted to allow time for the customer to collect funds and create a payment plan that is more feasible for their situation. Throughout this time, IGW Solutions sent multiple messages, mailed correspondence, and numerous attempted calls, all aimed at resolving the delinquency on the account. Our team also diligently attempted to engage with ********** through numerous points of contact to rectify the situation and bring the account back into good standing. Despite these efforts, neither our team nor IGW Solutions received any communication from the client regarding resolution strategies.

We endeavored to offer flexibility by proposing adjustments to the original agreed upon payment plan, including a downgrade option to accommodate any challenges to meet the agreed-upon balance outlined in the contract. However, without reciprocal communication from the client's end, we were unable to implement any modifications, as per legal obligations.
After a period exceeding 90 days without payment and communication, regrettably, the account was referred to a collections agency.

Additionally, we want to acknowledge the terms stipulated in the contract, which outline guarantee refunds for clients who fulfill all necessary actions yet remain unsuccessful by the end of their term. However, it's important to note that this guarantee does not extend to clients who fail to complete their program, as non-payment constitutes a breach of contract. A guarantee refund is the only type of refund we offer. ********* would not qualiffy for this refund due to non payment and breaching her contract.

The client had previously requested to cancel her enrollment. The cancellation policy as outlined in her agreement was presented. Despite our clear instructions on how to proceed with the cancellation process, these steps were not followed. We provided guidance on downgrading the account and even presented a new contract for this purpose on 2/28/23, which unfortunately remained unsigned. Due to non- signing on the client's behalf, the agreement was officially voided on 6/28/23. Documentation for this has been provided.

We have also provided the most recent full customer support ticket and communication with **********. Within this ticket, you may see the new agreement we created with her to allow her to have access back so long as she makes the payments on her account.

On Oct 17, 2023, I paid 1k for the first month of signing up with this company for the 10k accelerator program in order to help me build an online coaching business. At first I was hesitant to sign. The program costed 12k for the duration of paying 1k each month. This already should have been a red flag, but I wanted to turn this into a career. From my experience with the zoom call regarding joining , I was wowed into thinking I could make money just like all the people showcased. You can make 20k in 2-4 months by following these steps! Look at her, she hit 100k. I worked the first month, I would wake up earlier than usual to meet their schedule by meeting with a coach that was directing me through this process of trying to build client base, lead generation, etc. After following everything given in the modules to complete, I realized this is exactly what they did to me thinking I could actually make the money. The modules are prerecorded. Some content I felt was offensive. the owner, **** said such as talking about ***** so profanely. They claim partnership with companies like NASM but after going through the modules, they are not even informative at all. My mentor *********************** who was helping me at the time did not think it was important to focus on getting my certifications done but to focus on clients despite not having anything to prove my legitimacy of programming workouts or things of that nature. The next month 457 was charged. This was when I wanted a refund because I realize this was too much for me and the amount due was more than what I earn every 2 weeks. When I wanted to ask for a refund, they refused and demanded money. After going through emails of trying to explain why I'm stopping, they used RFGI, a debt collector agency to try and collect the rest of the payment as of Feb 3, 2024 where they are asking me to pay 10K which is MORE than 50% of the remaining. I believe this company fits the profile of a pyramid scheme.

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience. We strive to maintain transparency and provide clear information about the services offered by the Next Level Coaching Academy.

During your initial enrollment call, we discussed the payment plan options, which were also detailed in the contract that you signed. Additionally, in response to your email expressing financial concerns, we accommodated your situation by adjusting your payment plan, which you agreed to.

As outlined in the attached contract, our refund policy is specific and is only applicable under certain circumstances as detailed in section 4. Unfortunately, you did not meet the qualifications for a refund.

When you expressed your desire to cancel, our team informed you about our cancellation policy, which states that 50% of the remaining balance is owed upon cancellation. We made several attempts to contact you via email on 11/22, 12/7, and 12/8, but did not receive a response back from you.

Finally, just so we're all on the same page, a multilevel marketing (MLM) is defined as: "the practice of selling goods or services on behalf of a company in a system whereby participants receive commission on their sales as well as the sales of any participants they recruit."
You may reflect back and note that at no time have we asked you to sell any products or services on our behalf in order for you to receive any type of commission on a "sale." Your business is your own to implement anything you would like from the course and support you receive, and any clients you sign on to receive your fitness coaching services are your own, and we do not take a percentage/commission from the clients you sign on.
Additionally, we are an approved continuing education provider for ACE and ISSA. Once students complete our certification program, they can submit their certificate of completion to them to receive continuing education credits. If we were a multi-level marketing/networking company, we would not be approved by these entities, as they require rigorous verifications through their Approved Provider application processes.

We value your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to address any further concerns you may have. Please let us know if you would like to discuss this matter further.

I enrolled in the **** 10k accelerator program on June 25, 2023. I was hesitant to sign up and the guy I spoke to, I thought he was a coach and going to be the one teaching me the course but he ended up being just a sales guy that I never heard from again and the course was a series of pre recorded videos made by *************************-that were out of date by the way and had conflicting information. I was told that I was guaranteed a refund if I completed the course but did not get any clients. Lo and behold this pyramid scheme did not work and I found all the complaints here of similar issues. I tried to get my refund but I was swindled out of it. THEIR system rejected my first payment which according to them made me late for my first payment which was considered a disqualification for the refund. I tried multiple times to talk to a person to explain what happened and that I resolved the issue but they kicked me around and only had some anonymous person from their help desk contact me and repeated the same nonsense that I was late for my first payment. The second issue was when I explained their system failed they invented a new way of swindling me out of my refund-watching THEIR recorded videos instead of attending live sessions. There is a portion to attend live discussions in the program and theres a whole series of JUST BREATHING on zoom. It was ridiculous but I did it. EXCEPT, I could not always make the live sessions and I asked my **** mentor, ******************* about it and was told that I could watch recorded live discussions if I couldnt make the live sessions but neglected to tell me it would disqualify me from getting my refund. I was scammed out of $7k and the possibility to get my refund because this program is a sham. It guarantees you clients or your money back-scam and a false guarantee. They also said they were surprised it didnt work and offered to enroll me (for more money) into another course. PYRAMID SCHEME. Images attached to show scam.

    ******************,

We are happy to address your complaints below.

To address the above, ************************************* was your enrollment specialist, and he did reach out to you after 3 weeks of signing on and halfway through your program.

Additionally, ***************************** is our CEO and course creator, though updates are made throughout the course, as evidenced by the attached images which were updated and added during your time in the program. We even added additional support during your enrollment term in the form of roster calls with your coach mentor or their paired coach mentor.

I was told that I was guaranteed a refund if I completed the course but did not get any clients. Lo and behold this pyramid scheme did not work and I found all the complaints here of similar issues. I tried to get my refund but I was swindled out of it.

We are not a pyramid scheme.  At no time did we provide you with a product to sell, or ask you to give us any of your profits from any of your coaching clients. You own your business 100% outright. You must only complete your contractual obligations, as both parties must under the signed contract.

You elected to use a financing company for your payments, of which we have no control. The financing company is who alerted us to the missed payment, which is your responsibility to ensure that it processes.

The second issue was when I explained their system failed they invented a new way of swindling me out of my refund-watching THEIR recorded videos instead of attending live sessions. There is a portion to attend live discussions in the program and theres a whole series of JUST BREATHING on zoom. It was ridiculous but I did it.

We offer services for those who enroll to become successful online coaches. This includes offering group sessions 5-6 times per week, including our ZenPreneur Mindset sessions, which offers one breathwork session monthly to help our students (who are often juggling different areas of their lives), an opportunity to become more grounded and connected to their business and their lives. We are sorry that you are reducing this part of the program down to "just breathing," as these sessions have been beneficial and powerful for many of our students. If these sessions offered no value or benefit, we would not offer them to our students. You also are not required to attend those sessions, though if you want to use your guarantee, you must attend at least 1 other session instead.

We offer the recorded versions of the course calls in order to accommodate those who may miss some throughout their enrollment. The guarantee in place states students must only attend one live group call a week. Again, we offer a minimum of 5 group calls per week, during accommodating times for students across various time zones, and biweekly there is a 6th call per week hosted by *************************. Additionally, ************** is not responsible for your negligence to adhere to the contract in place. Should there have been any direct questions about the guarantee or contract, ************** would have directed you to our support team. You also had access to your contract to reflect back on at anytime.

It guarantees you clients or your money back-scam and a false guarantee. They also said they were surprised it didnt work and offered to enroll me (for more money) into another course. PYRAMID SCHEME. Images attached to show scam.

We are surprised that your scholarship generated nobody signing up for the free and reduced coaching services you were offering.

We do guarantee the success of our clients when they show the efforts to be successful and take action accordingly. Attending the group calls in person, such as the lead generation (how to sign clients who meet your program), sales (how to convert leads to clients), client delivery (how to coach your clients), mindset (how to have a strong entrepreneur mindset), all have shown positive correlation to our students success in the program.

I agreed to purchase their coaching package for ******* and was guided through taking out a loan through Sweetpay. After 2 hours I sent an email requesting a cancellation. I spoke with *********************, the sales rep and was advised that this was just cold feet. I requested cancellation due to financial strain that the monthly package would cost. I've sent multiple emails and have yet to get a resolution on the cancellation. I received an email from support but they stated that they would like to get me in touch with another person who was a skeptic but are not honoring my request to cancel and are not responding to any emails that I am sending. chat support is "offline". I would like to cancel this prior to being required to pay.

Please see the attached PDF document with 20 pieces of evidence regarding ************************' complaint. ************************' complaint states that she received no services or product as part of her program, this is unequivocally false, as the evidence will show. NLCA is formally requesting that ************************' 1 Star Review on our BBB profile also be removed, as this is a false allegation, as her contract and all evidence will show that ************************ was never asked to recruit other students at the package price she paid for her business coaching services and Apprenticeship program. In order for ************************ to be a successful online fitness coach, she would need to have her own clients that we would help her gain through lead generation, marketing, and sales strategies, though the pricing and what she offered to her own clients, and whether she implemented our strategies taught in the program, would be completely and entirely up to her, as the business owner of her own company, as we explained to her several times in our evidenced emails.

I am rejecting this response because:

******************* is a storyteller selling his crappy story. This the reason why he can't grow his business built in story. Just like a sand castle. He has no business.
He tells story and he gathered people to make stories like him.

I attended his "class" 2x, he always planted people telling stories, at least one per class. There is no basis of their stories. People telling they made $100,000 in. a month. How would I know the testimony
is true? No office, no **************** account, business office, phone numbers. How did you get the $100,000. Just "Hand work" . How? $3,333.33 per day. How? Why did are still nobody after making $100,000 a month in 10 months is $1million. Not featured in the *** no interview? No thanksgiving of success? Not in TIME magazine? Top surgeons make only $250,000 per year. How many surgeries?

You even have no marketing plans, marketing strategies. Who are your markets? Your competitors? How big the business? What are your plants or steps to take from the pie of the whole business? Nothing, because you are a story teller. You have no idea of the business.

For example. ********** how big it's business? **** How big the competition? The promotions? It's always "the target market or how big the business is". The marketing plans, the marketing strategies, the implementation and the evaluation of performance. " You don't have that.

You can't hide a successful business like ******, ********** Victoria ******* ******* ISSA, NASM. Yours is nobody and everyday you advertise your own business with people's own experience. You are the one who will make or tear up your own business by how you give people experience. The bigger the business, the more they are careful of their business dealings known as business ethics. If ********* customers bought a fake product, that is a big story. Story will like a wildfire. ******* will loss business in just days. Reputation is very important in the business. You have a tarnish reputation. You have no business.

I used to work for ****** for 7 yrs. ****** is #1 pharmaceutical in the world for more than 20 yrs. I sold minimum of  $2 millions a month for 7 yrs.
Don't tell me of your sales with ***** people attending your "conference". It's ridiculous how you insult the intelligence of the people listening to your empty worlds. Anyone can hear would know your business is a fake especially a veteran business sales person like me.

Your company is a fly by night company. You can fool once but truth can't be hidden. You have no products. How did you get your certification as a fitness trainer? Definitely not the way you are conducting your business.

I will give your business negative ratings if there is. You have no products. You are selling a saliva. This is my experience with your business. Even if I don't do anything, your business will collapse one day.

    Regards,

I signed up for this program in the beginning of 2022. The person I spoke with was very professional and I was under the impression that he was the one who was doing the training. Once I was enrolled, I realized it was a whole bunch of recorded videos by someone named ****. It added no value, especially for the cost of the program. I tried to cancel, but they refused. I paid off the cost, and confirmed via email that I had no other charges due. I got a confirmation email that I paid off the invoice and I had no balance due with them. Payoff was completed on June 25, 2022. I received a confirmation email on 9/12/22. This email stemmed from continued invoices I would get from them.On November 26th, I received another invoice from them stating I owed $500 for some kind of subscription. I emailed back immediately stating that I did not authorize this, nor did I want to continue to do business with them. They still went in and charged small amounts to my account to see what would clear my bank account. There were 5 separate charges, amounts ranging from $10 to $250 in an attempt to collect what the could, total charges added to $500.00. By doing it this way, they could test the account to see what they could collect. I emailed them again on Tuesday, November 29th once I saw the charges hit my account. Now they are saying that they do not do refunds. I received the invoice on Nov 26th, 2022, disputed it immediately. They still charged my account 2 days AFTER I stated they do not have authorization and I did not sign up for anything.Completely unethical business practices. I had to completely close my account to prevent them from having any future access.
