    This pharmacy compounded two monthly prescriptions for me. During the pandemic I was having my prescriptions delivered and they would regularly forget to put one of the prescriptions in the bag. This happened at least three times and was disturbing because 1) the medication was a controlled substance and I knew I wouldnt get a refill if the meds were lost and 2) I had to go without my prescriptions for the amount of time it took me to receive them.A few months ago I started picking my prescriptions up at the pharmacy. I would always call to ensure that both prescriptions were ready, and several times I arrived to find that only one was ready. This pharmacy is not a place thats convenient for me to visit, so I would then have to take another hour out of my day to go back and pick up the missing item.On August 27 I called to make sure my prescriptions had been called in, and was told by the female who answered the phone that one prescription was already done and the other would be done on Monday or Tuesday. I visited the pharmacy on Wednesday, September 1, picked up my medications and returned home half an hour later only to find that one prescription was missing. I called the pharmacy and spoke with a female who told me that the second prescription had not been approved by the doctor until after I had already picked up the first prescription. This was clearly untrue as 1) someone had confirmed 5 days before that both prescriptions had been called in and both would be ready the following Tuesday and 2) I had just left the pharmacy 30 minutes before and there was no way they had received an approval in those 30 minutes. So I was unhappy and asked her to please have the second prescription delivered.On Friday, September 3 I called to check the status and was told by the male who answered the phone that he had one prescription ready for pickup. I told him it needed to be delivered because it hadnt been ready when I came for it, and he told me he was just reading what he saw on the screen, that he would take care of it, and then he slammed down the phone.My medication came on Saturday, September 4 with a delivery charge. Previously when the pharmacy had made deliveries because of their errors they had waived the delivery charge. I called Tuesday, September 7, and asked for the owner *** so I could discuss the charge. I was put on hold for several minutes during which the on-hold message informed me that Ivermectin taken prophylactically was effective against Covid, and that their special supplement pack was effective in treating Covid. No mention was made about vaccines (I should also add here that in my last several visits employees were not masked or social distancing). This message disturbed me greatly; I found it irresponsible and dangerous.*** came on the phone without identifying himself (I had to ask if I was speaking to ***) and started complaining that he had had no sleep, was busy and stressed, and was I really calling to bother him about $10. At that point I became angry. I told him that his pharmacy had been mishandling my prescriptions for months, and that he could just keep the $10 and Id find another pharmacy. I also told him that I objected to Ivermectin being pitched by his on-hold message.We hung up, and he called back and left me an expletive-laden voicemail, ending it by telling me to **** off.This pharmacy is incompetent, their staff are untrustworthy and their rude and profane owner is pushing unproven pseudo-science for his own gain. I hope you will consider my experience when doing business with them in the future.
