    Not worth a cent of it Purchased a new computer from Best Buy and have had the Geek Squad's best service plan for years. In order to set up my computer, it took 4 trips to Best Buy, as they limit each appt. to 20 minutes--which actually ends up being 15 minutes. They finally convinced me to install the Webroot Anti-virus program at home on my own. The Green check marks did not appear on the websites I looked up to confirm the sites were okay to click ***** I looked up Webroot problems I came across a site called "******************", claiming to be affiliated with ********** sum it up, I was scammed for almost $500. and ****************** installed an ***** Viewer on my computer to track everything I typed. Best Buy has not responded to my complaints, though it has been over a month. I am still fighting with my credit card company over the fraudulent charge by ******************.
