Their customer service is abysmal! My wife got cancer so I had to take a break from the **** 30 training, when I went to log back on to finish the training it had expired and they told me tough luck, they also suggested to go & purchase the course all over again. Ill never use these guys again & if I can make a suggestion you should consider staying away from this companyReview from Steve M

The training course I purchased from them never downloaded though I attempted various times. I tried to get help on their support email and it didn't work. I called there customer support number that is not working. I used their online support and I was told that the problem was on my end. Which is not true because I had to purchase a course through another training program and it worked fine. I read their return policy and I qualified for a refund but they refused the refund. Please don't use 360 training, They are not honest. Give your business to a company that cares for their customersReview from BARRY G

Scam. They don't offer training they offer training videos. I could have going the same thing on you tub for free. There adds claims are false. NEVER USE www.360training.com.Review from Manuel F

Took 8 hr safety class They required an affidavit once class completed. Submitted 3 times for approval. No certificate of completion after calling support for 1.5 weeks They tell me picture in affidavit is not acceptable . They scam you .. I used this to get my osha 30 and been actively doing my class and it's not recording my hours! I've lost 5 hours of my time.. and they didn't count them.. and egrn you try to reach customer support they waste more time telling you there's no way of recovering them.. Tried to take my *********** license renewal courses with them. Their system wouldn't allow me to advance to the test portion. I had to call in twice to get them to fix this glitch on their end. I asked for a refund since this is NOT how a legitimate course works. I was told that they do not give refunds for any reason-even when their own platform doesn't work as promised. I did not accept this answer and spoke to 2 upper level support techs after hours of being left on hold. The first wouldn't even listen to my complaint and just interrupted with his "policy points." The 2nd, *********************************, finally listened after I told her this was a tech issue that could probably be solved very easily if they were interested in actually improving their product. She asked for screenshots that I had and said she would personally get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. That was on July 23rd. I have asked for updates twice. No response. I will be recommending that the AZ *********** Commissioner not recognize their courses for state CE credits.Review from Mendi Z

What an absolute waste of time. After 7 hours and 38 minutes of coarse work, waited additional 2 hours 3 minutes arguing with proctors to allow me to take exam. Incompetent people due to inability to understand communicate in English!!!!!! I asked for anyone in ************* and the guy immediately state sorry we are in the ***********. BTW you won't be receiving your refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. 12 HOURS WHAT A WASTEReview from Gretchen H

With their online testing I continually got kicked off before I even get started. I had to waive the computer around every square inch of the room and then essentially model in front of the camera. They made me buy a freaking makeup mirror just to hold up to show I wasn't cheating on my computer screen Don't waste your time. ******************************************************************* 360 training is a scam, they do not give you courses or train you.When you paid they just give you questions and answer, if you answer wrong 3 time you out.They never give you want is the right answer or teaching you want it wasjust give you the test with out training and teaching.so you not going to learn anythingdont be full by fake reviews.Review from Amanda R

I tried to do my responsible vendor license with them. It was just a quick course that should at least be able to play with out a problem. I should have known better. It's only $15 dollars, but it's still frustrating. I have a MacBook, on full internet with Firefox and none of the videos would play properly. They attempted to 'help' but the fact is their software just *****. Money wasted. I won't be wasting time or money with them ever again.
