    It was frustrating. I bought the $35 exam after training on my own from *******. It logged me off after 49 out of 75 answers were done. I thought okay maybe I was taking too much time. The next time it did the same. The third time I sat very alert and started doing it quickly so it doesnt log me out. It not only logged me off but also said youre locked out for using all your attempts. I was furious by that time and wrote them an email asking them If its legit or a scam. Then I had to buy it again and that time it didnt log out or lock me out. I found out when my niece was taking the same because exactly the same thing happened to her. What are the odds of the same scam happening twice in the same week. We have our certificates but this left a very bitter taste in my mouth. They should not be robbing people out of their hard earned money this way,

    Absolutely terrible. This company's software failed to generate a certificate for a course I took and passed. I tried to work with the company FOR WEEKS because I needed the certificate. They wouldn't fix the issue. So I went to my credit card company to claw the funds back. Only then, did 360 Training fix the problem and provide the certificate so they could keep the money for the course. THEN 360 Training locked me out of my own account. So I got charged for it, but couldn't access the course material OR any of my certificates. Again I tried working with them to resolve the problem. No response. So back to my credit card company I go, to claw the funds back. Along with sending letters to any **************************** I can find, recommending 360 Training be dropped as an approved vendor.

    This is a scam. I ordered courses for ****** and they provided me with courses from ******* and ********. They refused to refund me. Its an offshore scam with no real customer service. Please do not use this ********************** platform.

    Signed up for the food manager course plus exam. I studied the materiels for two days.The third day I waited for a ******* for 4 hours. Once I connected they gave me outdated instructions on how to share my screen with a Mac. It did not work. Once I spent the time to figure it out I had to restart chrome. Once I restarted chrome. 360 was closed So the next evening I tried again. Same issue can't connect , and once I connected with a ******* same issue. They can't see the screen.I gave up and signed up for userve exam. Got connected in 20 minutes and took the test and passed. 360 won't even give me a partial refund back even through it is there fault.Horrible company

    DO NOT USE THEM! CUSTOMER SUPPORT IGNORES MY EMAILS, OVER A MONTH NOW!!! I initially bought one course, but then wanted to swap to another. They told me to buy the new course, provide the receipt, then they would refund the first. After I purchased and shared the receipt, they have not replied to my multiple emails asking for the refund they promised. I even submitted a new help ticket and was asked for the receipt again, I provided it, then they stopped reply again. It's been over a month since I provided the receipt, and no effort to reply or refund me as they initially promised. DO NOT USE, THEY WILL STOP REPLYING ONCE YOU'VE MADE YOUR PURCHASE!

    I paid ****** for an exam that I never recieved. I wasn't given a list of compatible systems before I paid my money. They refuse to give me a refund instead suggested that I go to a public library early in the morning because no one can be around me while taking the exam. They offered to switch to another certification that I don't need. I was inconvenienced in every way.

    TERRIBLE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!Charged us 160 dollars for a course that they "COULDN'T" extend. Management no help, told us we can repurchase.

    Incompetence run through this company. I send in my paper work after passing the test. I had to *** them to find out if they received the email. There was an issue. I had to ***l back to find all this out. I send in the corrected info. No one answered to say it was ok . I ***led again I was told today that the photo that was accepted is now not accepted. No one ***led or emailed to say there was an issue. I have to ***l back again to hear another person say the card will be printed by Friday with the same photo that was not accepted. Trying to talk to a person its like getting hold of a scammer. No supervisor or managers to talk to. How can this be possible when youre spending money ? Mind you this is a test that every thing was covered in the osha 30 which they just keep repeating on the **** 360 in not capable of what their tasked with. Theyre all incompetent. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH 360 if its not the test site its the employee. BIG F.
