Since we offer a rush government filing service and our customers are paying us to act on their behalf and attempt to file an application and retrieve documents for them. If they make an application mistake or there is no record found in the state database once we file the application we still receive our full-service fee since we get charged the full fee from the state and we spend more time when a no record found comes up then when they find a file.
