      Ive never written a BBB review for a business before but avoid Favor at all costs. Every transaction will end up with your needing to deal with customer service and its the worst ever.

      01/22/2025 My Account Was Deactivated Because I Reached Out To Support. The Delivery Said $6 For 7 Items, They Loaded My Car With 29 Items Instead. I Reached Out To Support About My Issue To Bump Up My Pay Since The Customer Added On Additional 22 Items. NO ONE IN HISTORY Wouldve Took That Order Knowing It Was $6 For 29 Items. The Live Support Agent Told Me He Could Not Bump My Pay, He Stated I Either Cancel Or Take The Order. The Items Were Already Loaded In My Truck, Then If You Cancel A Order It Messes Up Your Rate, AGAIN I WOULD HAVE NEVER TOOK THE ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE With All Those Additional Groceries For Little Pay. I Responded In Frustration And Said This Is BULL****, The Order Said Only 7 Items, Now 22 Additional Items Added On, You Should Pay A Boost. The Merchant Already Had The Items Loaded In My Truck After Live Support Even Told Me To YOU EITHER CANCEL IT OR TAKE IT All Of A Sudden My Account Is Permanently Deactivated For Freedom Of Speech. This Company Is Beyond Wrong. They Have You Running All Over The Cities For A Base Pay Of $2, Gas Prices Are Almost $3, If It Wasnt For Customers Tips, This Company Wouldve Been Screwed. Its Times They Have Me Drive ALLLLL The Way To A Merchant And Dont Even Pay You. Its Beyond Me. Im Speaking For ALLLLL Delivery Drivers, Its Not Right And To Deactivate Me Instead Of Finding A Better Solution Or Paying Me For My Hardwork And Services, Theyll Rather Just Let You Go. Im The Employee Thats Going To Speak Up, I Didn't Threaten Nobody Or Anything In That Nature, How Is The Decision Made Off Of FREEDOM OF SPEECH WHEN YOU KNOW THATS WRONG. I Had Two Options, Thats Either CANCEL THE ORDER OR TAKE IT. You Get Penalized For Canceling Orders, I Still Took The Order Because I Wanted And Needed My Job, Did Not Want To Mess Up My Cancellation Rate Because A Order Yall Added On To. THE WHOLE COMPANY NEED TO BE LOOKED INTO. Me And Other Drivers Even Agreed On This, Im NOT The Only One Who Feels This Way.

      I had a HEB order and my favor runner Ms. ******* was great she was very understanding and I can tell she really care for the customers. I told her I could come help her she told me no even though I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but she didn't complain not a 1 time. She has a beautiful heart.

      I purchased three donuts from a store using Favor delivery. I understand that the price was higher than the 349 each. I agree to the 419 price that favor was charging for delivery. The charge of $45.67 for three donuts was the total price. I live 11 mi away from the store. I agree to pay ***** I did not agree to pay $45.67. I have spoken with everybody that I can speak to and they will not change the price. This delivery service is robbery. Of course I will be disputing this price however I believe everyone should know how this company operates. Do not use them! And their customer service leads a lot to be desired.

      If I could rate a ZERO I would. My groceries were nit delivered to me. I text i wanted this order to be cacelled as I had no ***************************** been hours. Someone else receives my ************* was charged. I need my money back Immediately.

      Favor delivery has the worst customer service experience I've ever had to slog through. They refuse to do anything other than text or email and their emails never find me well. I tried 5 different payment methods today through 2 different financial institutions. They declined payment on everything, insisted I content my financial institutions because the error was on my end and gave only canned responses. I reached out to the two different banks I used and verified that all of my cards are working and that I have no errors on my accounts. ********************** continues to refuse to take responsibility for this and either won't fix the error on the account or just doesn't want to accept payment if a gift card is being used for part of the payment. The customer service is trash, the gift cards don't work, and they won't fix the errors on their side. Instead they're happy to gaslight their customers and refuse responsibility. If there was a rating below zero I'd give that to them. I'm never using the company again and urger others to do the same.

      This alleged "Texas-based" food delivery service was actually incorporated in the State of ********. They are part of HEB. Their food delivery service is mediocre at best. **************** is only available via text,. and it appears to be offshored. They once offered promotions for free delivery. These promotions recently became virtually non-existent. What free delivery the user now gets, is mostly for HEB products. As soon as HEB finally disclosed that they owned FAVOR, the service has gone downhill. I was a loyal FAVOR customer for over two years, but because of these recent changes, I will no longer be using this service.
