      They lost a $200 package. They have the tracking number showing it was delivered to their warehouse and still do not want to offer reimbursement. I have to keep reaching out to them. Over and over. They keep brushing me off. I doubt I will ever get a refund. I dont know why any apartment complex would choose this. It is awful. No one has a positive experience with fetch. I honestly am considering moving over it

      They stole our groceries. This is what our apartment community makes us take. The stole our groceries. 350 worth. Im filing police report against them. Its theft. Agave apartments in *********** should be ashamed. Shame on them. S***** apartments and s***** delivery service they make us use. Trek me somewhere sombody aint getting a kick back financially

      Had an issue with a driver who kept delivering packages that reeked of cigarette smoke with his girlfriend who made obscene comments about my packages. I had an oversized package. I did not want to encounter the same driver for that particular $700 package - I usually do non-contact delivery. I then have pounding at my door (**** N) screaming that he was HERE FROM FETCH! He said that he needed my signature I agreed and he started yelling at me and my elderly mom. He said he wanted to deliver that package to us because he wanted to get some things straight and said he was the manager. He started complaining while still yelling that he was working overtime to deliver the package to us. We said we were willing to wait until the chain smoking driver with the odd woman was not working. He continued to yelling and swearing and call us both names while flinging his arms in the air. We said we did not appreciate his tone or volume of his voice and he could set the packages down, we could sign, and he can leave. He told us to forget about signing, even though that is why we were interacting with him in the first place. He walked off to the elevator and then something flipped in his brain he walked back, put his elbows up on the packages he had slid halfway into our door threshold, we couldnt move them or close the front door. We started feeling threatened. He said he was not going to leave while calling us almost every name in the book also called my mom a ***** and called me a deadbeat loser. I have my Doctorate and am soon to receive my Juris Doctorate I am a very busy person who works full-time as a professor. My mother has a Doctorate in psychology and could tell he was disturbed mentally. He then made a verbal threat to harm us. As soon as he stepped back, we quickly closed the door, called 911 and requested an officer as he was still on the premises. They responded and he said that we physically threatened him! We will not be using fetch. Later he forged my signature

      My apartment uses this company and I hate my apartment complex for signing up with this company. I did not agree to paying for this service. Go away Fetch.

      FETCH sent my moving boxes to a resident who shares the same name as me. They were able to contact this resident who agreed for FETCH to come retrieve the packages and bring them to me. However FETCH was unsuccessful in actually retrieving my packages. Keep in mind I just moved from ********** to ******* and these boxes contained my whole wardrobe, personal valuable items, and family heirlooms passed down. CUSTOMER SERVICE Informed me to send any receipts I have of the contents in the box to their email and they will process a reimbursement. Before I could gather any receipts, The manager of FETCH whose name is ****** (same as me which is a little suspicious) processed me a reimbursement of only $460 which is at least 6 thousand dollars less than the contents of my moving boxes. I tried reaching out the the manager and claims team for the past two weeks to see what happened to the original plan and was left ignored. Today I just received an email from ****** stating that they were unable to actually determine what was in the box so they decided to not move forward with reimbursing me for the items in my boxes. This is confusing because there is no way they would be able to determine the contents of the box in the first place since they were not given back from the resident who took them. I was already dealing with heavy expenses in ********** hence my big move and now this has drained my finances even more with having to replace everything I once had. The emotional damage and unprofessionalism FETCH has caused me is Extreme and now I will have to come out of pocket even more to pay my lawyer to help me fight this case.

      This week one of my packages was lost and they just turned it back around and sent me to ******, even though the package was marked as delivered AND signed for. Last week I had to contact them because another package didnt show up, but luckily they found that one. Its crazy that my apartment requires this inconsistent service and that I have to pay extra for it. Not convenient, just stressful.

      Fetch has way too many negative reviews to still be an operating company. Unfortunately, this whack service is mandatory where I live. My servicing location is ************************************************************************** and it is a horrible facility. They have misplaced a designer bedding set and are being as slow as molasses in resolving their mess. I find it very funny that my vitamins were delivered perfectly fine but my bedding set never made it to my door. I will never have another important item shipped to this ridiculous company and I will never consider another apt complex that uses their services.

      Absolutely Awful - Lost Package, no recourse, finger pointing. Forced to pay for this lazy, lousy service even though will never use again. If I could leave a negative star review, I would. I moved into an apartment complex, Parkside at **************** in ********, ** that requires residents to pay for and utilize Fetch for deliveries. Even when provided proof of delivery by ******, their support team said that ****** "misdelivered" the package. Even though it was signed for and proof received/provided to Fetch. They will steal your packages then blame ****** for it. I will NEVER utilize them again and will tell everyone I know that no matter how great the amenities or prices are at an apartment complex to RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN if they force you to utilize this terrible, unethical, and wildly inconvenient "service". I too can't wait for the inevitable class action lawsuit against Fetch. Would give negative stars if that were an option. To Fetch - You can save your generic response that you always send. "Hi person. Our team will be happy to assist you. Please email ******************************* so that we can gather more details and investigate this further." We all know this is just a formality and a complete waste of time. Cannot wait for the day you are shut down.

      This is a company of incompetent thieves. The employees are drunk and under the influence. They steal packages. They break packages. They lie. They pass blame. It's criminal they are allowed to function in our town. Just a gross company and people.

      My apartment building uses them and looks like they have made a horrible choice.. They lose packages and then ghost you with no resolution. Very sad, especially when you're getting important items shipped to you.. Please do not trust this company
