            The date of this transaction was 10/5/2022 I went to Affordable Dentures in ****** near the Airport to get some Dentures and Extraction of my teeth I had about five teeth extracted and I was given an upper and lower partial I also was fitted for some Dentures at a cost of **** I was charged **** for the hold procedure I paid the amount up front maxing out my Debit Card and Credit Card I was instructed that I will need to come back in forty days for the Dentures I became ill (I am a 100% Permanent and Total Disabled Veteran) and and I was forced to relocate back to ******* ******* to be close to family when I came back to ******* I was informed by my VA Dentists that the VA was going to cover my dentures for free through ************** at a *********** ************** I informed Affordable Dentures that I had moved and I was willing even to fly out to ****** to get the Dentures I was instructed that I will need to take about three trips back to ****** because I need to get fitted and the Dentures need to be made I instructed them that I was going to be able to get it done here in ******* by the *********************** and that I requested a refund I was told by someone at the ************** that they would speak to the Dentist and get back with me in three days this started a chain of event I never heard from anyone in the office I contacted Headquarters for Affordable Dentures they gave me the run around saying they will get back with me not once but four times I spoke to someone at there Headquarters no one returned my calls I was given a lady who handle customer complaints at Headquarters she never responded after I left ten messages with my name and number I live on a fix income I have bills to pay I just want my money back so I can be able to provide for my family

            I started getting a total mouth restoration at Affordable Dentures and Implants located at the ****************** location on/ around 5/10/2022.According to my receipts and AD&I office, I have paid in advance $8341.5. With proof of payment Currently, this location is closed with no prior notification. Finally got a hold of ****, at the Rocky ******** local. She offered to transfer my money to another location further away from my residence. I tried to work it out with the other location, but got the run around as well with no resolution.Customer relationship is no help and very standoffish. Money still owed to me: Implant attachments and final dentures included in the denture wear package.Sincerely,Please refund my money, stop the excuses so I can move on to the local dentistry near me
