Last-Time-You-Pay Policy:
The Cosmetic Dentists of Austin will repair or replace any of our crowns, porcelain veneers, or onlays for any reason (including accidental trauma!) for as long as The Cosmetic Dentists of Austin is in practice, Provided that:
-Repair or replacement is done in our office.
-The tooth in question can be saved.
-You have had at least 2 dental cleanings per year since the placement of the crown, porcelain, veneers, or onlay. Your cleanings do not have to be done in our office.
-You inform us immediately of any dental problem related to our treatment or discovered at your two annual cleanings.This policy excludes any damage caused by recurrent decay.
Note: If any further treatment is needed at the time of repair or replacement (such as a root canal, extraction or implants, etc) an additional fee will be charged.
