I went to this place to get my phone's screen replaced. I first went on 10/23 to get the phone fixed on same day. They said they were busy so it cannot be done on the same day. Since I needed my phone for work, they told me they told me to come on 10/24. I went in next day, and gave the phone for repair with the condition that I will get it back the same day. They told me that it will be done by 4:30pm. The person who said that, his name is ****** who in my opinion should never face customers as he is rude and irresponsible. When I went to pick it up at 4:30 they told me that ******* testing software was not working so they cannot give me my phone back since they haven't run any tests. I reminded them that I only left the phone there with the promise that I will get it back today and if they had informed me earlier I could have transferred my 2 factor authorization. But ****** kept on saying that he cannot do anything until one of the other employee suggested that they can put the old screen back and give it to me. I agreed and told them that I will bring the phone back to get it fixed but cannot leave without phone right now. ****** then reluctantly agreed to put old screen back. But when he handed me the phone, the screen was someone else's when I asked him he said that it is the only screen they have and kept on arguing until someone from back said that he found my screen. They went back to put my screen. This time when they brought the phone the sim slot was not going inside properly and the camera stopped working. I ignored since I was gonna come back to get it fixed anyways so I thought they will fixt it. I brought the phone back to get screen changed, when I mentioned that the camera is not working and what happened the other day I got the reply that it happens to this phone model and it can stop working at any time. well it was working fine before they touched it and changed screens 3 times in 1 hour. It is a **** dollars phone that is not working anymore.
