    I have been using Amazing Lash Studios Nationally for at least 5 years for eyelash extensions due to my work My services were based out of ******* due to my travel When travel changed/Covid-I began using the Westlake/******** location. I never had any CS issues in ******* The ****** location has had a more of an uptight feel with several stylists expressing their frustrations working there.On 12/19/22 I had the worst experience I have ever hard with a business providing beauty services and one of the worst CS experiences ever. Lashes/beauty/spa services should be relaxing opportunities to unwind not toxic and anxiety provoking. I was treated so rudely, scolded and ultimately punished by a store manager-who ultimately seemed to take joy in tormenting me. This all over her mandate that I or the stylist wash my lashes in the salon. The stylist costing an additional $5. I had just come through rain/traffic. My hair was literally wet from the shower taken immediately before leaving my house. I was 7 minutes late and most concerned that the stylist have enough time to do a full service Ive had my lashes done professionally for 8 years. No other provider has ever required a lash bath. I have been going to this location for at least 2 years and have skipped the lash bath in similar circumstances on multiple occasions. I said just showered:my lashes are clean!! This woman was condescending-demanding-rude-tracked me into the room-said she was calling her boss and then putting a note in my file and seemed to take great joy the NEXT DAY contacting me to say I could no longer see my regular stylist of over a year because I had made her uncomfortable. The stylist and I were laughing/chatting my entire appointment.Looking at reviews I see several complaints of similar toxic experiences with this same manager. Beauty appointments should be pleasant not traumatic. I would like to know will be done to address this unprofessional and rude individual.
