            I ordered bulk supplements from them last August but they sent me their very old stocks that is near expired below 5 months and was different from what I ordered. I tried contacting them last November but they refused to help because they said that they don't have control on the products that they are sending and they are making sure they send products above 3 months but they sent me products with 11//2022 expiration. They should give at least 6 months before expiration not below 5 months. I spent $1,694.24 just to get unconsumable supplements because I don't want to give my dogs near expired supplements.

            I have spent well over 1k with this company. The products are great, my issue is how they rob people with discount codes that don't work and promised prices that are not true. Complete false advertisement! Shipping is supposed to be free with a subscription However they have been charging me. I've sent several emails to customer service with no explanation or good reason for these issues. I've sent them multiple screenshots of the prices I was told I would be charged, when in reality it was $5-$10 more! I've sent them my code I tried to use for $20 off that I earned through many purchases, and have gotten no response. This is not a honest company at all. I am trying to find supplements that work for ********* because I can't support a dishonest company any longer. Shame on them for their greed! False advertisement is illegal and I will be following up with all of this.
