    Dishonest, untrustworthy and rude. Just a few words to describe our experience with this company. The project manager and contractor work hand in hand while the owner is left out of the business that is being done onsite. Pricing was never discussed upfront or along the way with us or the insurance company. We agreed to a contract and the final invoice was higher than quoted. Multiple invoices were sent with different amounts every time and some of the work that they claim was done never was. When I called to go over the invoice with the billing manager I was told, "I don't really know what to tell you; I just charge whatever the contractor says. There's really no way of me knowing what they've done or haven't done. I understand you didn't agree to this amount, but I'll just send you to collections since you're refusing to pay". They then had their "lawyer" send multiple emails telling us to quit calling their client about the amount because it was now a court case. He then tried to have us pay the attorney fees.If you want to work with a company who doesn't value their customers and lies to get money any way they can, then WOW is the company for you. Otherwise, choose another company!!

    The price was discussed up front in order to start the project.

    The client requested multiple changes to the scope and we presented the supplements.

    We notified the client that the insurance will be paying to put the house back to pre loss conditions. The client mentioned that she wanted the insurance to pay for the additional work and asked us to change the invoice to reflect the additional work to be part of the original damage. We did not agree to to do that since it was not part of the original damage. 

    The client even signed the certificate of satisfaction that was presented to her.

    MAKE SURE AND READ REVIEWS. DON'T TRUST WOW I called WOW to ask for mold testing so that my plumber could complete a job repairing a water leak. They sent someone out within 2 hours and started the job. The tech quoted me no more than ******. ***** told me that they don't test for mold. I did not need WOW's services. I needed a mold test. They set up fans and checked back daily. They were not able to lower the moisture to what it needed to be after 8 days. I reminded the tech that the leak was still present and I was waiting to have it fixed until I got my mold testing back. They then told me that they don't test for mold and the tech said they would not be able to lower the moisture level until the leak was fixed. There was no need for WOW to do any service to my home. They had a hose that drained the moisture from the wall and it leaked and flooded my closet. Then they sent me an invoice for *****. I offered them ****** which I thought was more than fair. They refused and have continue to press me for the entire *****. They won't do anything about the flooded closet. I am having to hire an attorney to argue this cost and ask for the repair of my closet. There is so many other legit, honest competition out there. Chose someone else.
