    I purchased a subscription on 7/23/23 for $47.88. I was then billed an additional $.48 on 7/23/23. When I went to use my subscription, I get the message, "Yor subscription is no longer active. Reactivate your subscription and regain access to your premium features."I have attempted to reach out to the company, but I cannot locate any contact information on their site on internet.I want a refund of $48.36.

    The customer contacted us on July 28th via the contact form at ********************************************************** and received word back within 24 hours that a refund is being processed. There was no mention of being double-charged. The customer only voiced frustration about having to reach out via the contact form to get help and that we charged them for a subscription they can't use. We don't yet know why they couldn't use it. Kahoot! does not process charges without customer authorization. Accounts can be created for free. Payment information is only collected if a paid service/upgrade is chosen. If there are any questions or concerns about usability of features that are free or paid, customers can search our help center for answers at ******************************************, ask questions to our chatbot (*****) on any page in our help center, use the "help" option at the bottom-left of the home page or billing page when signed into their account at ****************************************, or use the contact form linked above.     I was charged $108 dollars to my debit card for an account with the company I no longer have access to. I have reached out to their support team 3 different times and have received no response. I would like a resolution to this issue as I have absolutely no way to access the account and no way to discuss the charge to my account.

    I have contacted Kahoot several times last year and this year. They keep charging my credit card $108 (total of $216 now) fir a service I canceled via email last year and again several website contact firms this year. I even canceled/removed my payment details and I was still charged again this year. I want my money back and my entire account deleted.

    We are sorry to see that ***** has been seeking a response from ** to no avail as of yet. We don't retain records beyond six months, but see two recent requests this month. Neither included a request for a refund. Both were automatically responded to with instructions on how to cancel. These automatic replies included a message stating that if the included guidance wasn't helpful or further assistance was needed, simply reply back to the auto-response and one of our agents would be in touch. We don't see any replies to the auto-responses from ***********

     

    At this time, one of her recent requests have now been assigned to our billing team who will be in touch with her soon.

    I use Kahoot and I have a membership that renews itself. I used to be charged a reasonable amount about 50$ per year. I have not been checking the account and I have just recently realized I have been charged 114$ for a premium membership even though every time I use Kahoot it asks me to upgrade to Premium and I am not able to use premium features. I can see that this problem is not just mine and there are a lot of complaints about this company. I asked for a refund but they refused. I was never notified of an increase in membership fees, nor did I agree to new charges. I want a refund and I still have the whole year remaining so i do not see why they refuse to give me back my money.

    I had a monthly paid subscription, and a week ago I tried to use the platform and noticed the features were much more limited and the app was essentially unusable. ( I was paying $20 monthly for a subscription for 50 people to play a game and then i noticed only 3 people could play, question options were limited, and there were constant pop *** to upgrade.)I upgraded my service to a plan that you pay for annually. I was then charged the monthly fee on top of my annual subscription. In my opinion the website logic and billing terms are unclear in this case and unfair to the consumer.

    FALSE ADVERTISING around online subscriptions, Spent: > $ 700 in Dec, 2022 Thought I was buying a monthly subscription (billed annually) cancellable month-to-month when I was no longer using the product (i.e., now!)What the company told me I bought when I complained: A non-refundable annual subscription, i.e., they are holding my money hostage for the rest of the year!I wanted to use their product (Kahoot) for the month of Dec 2022. The free option did not provide the features I needed, so I looked at paid plans. Fortunately, their website said all their plans were monthly subscription, billed annually. At the time I thought "billed annually" was annoying, but it seemed to be the only option available on their website. I decided to purchase the product, and recoup the difference when I cancelled my subscription in Jan 2023. Now it is ******** and they say I am locked in for the next year at this price with no refund for the unused months! I am very upset as the "monthly subscription" seems like FALSE ADVERTISING, and what kind of company locks you into a annual subscription for a product you only use for 1 month? It feels like they are holding my money hostage!Request:(1) A 10-month refund. I am content to pay the full monthly price of the month I used, and even a 1-month cancellation penalty.(2) Kahoot Pricing Transparency. If Kahoot is not going to update their pricing models and refund policies, they need to be more TRANSPARENT to consumers. It should say ANNUAL subscription (not monthly subscription) in Ads. Monthly prices should NOT be listed - those are entirely dishonest and misleading to the consumer. When the customer is purchasing the website should say: THIS PRICE IS LOCKED IN FOR THE NEXT YEAR - NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED. This is pertinent information to the consumer that needs to be up at the point of sale and not buried deep in standard terms of agreement hidden legal documentation that the average consumer will not see or read.

    I was charged 72 dollars on Dec 3, 2022 without any email notification. Kahoots charged against an expired credit card in my account. I used the service one time last year. Kahoot should notify with an email when the billing cycle ends. I want at least a partial refund.

    Today I received at notice that Kahoot automatically renewed my subscription to their service without my knowledge. I went online to cancel, but was told that it would not cancel for one year and they don't refund. This is funding that comes from MY pocket not the institution. I cannot afford this. It was not as valuable as I had hoped and I have not used it at all since the new term started having discovered that.I want my $240 (renewed today 11/1/22) refunded to my credit card ASAP.I have contacted my bank and paypal regarding this as well.This auto set up of renewal has GOT to STOP!SHAME!

    I have logged onto Kahoot one time in trying to use their service. The site suggest to sign up for a free trial period to test out features. I tried it and immediately found the features not to be useful and cancel at that same time of use. For some reason, my account was not canceled. I was charged $228.00. I requested for a refund describing that if they review the log, I have not used their service. They have not responded for a week now.

    We see that the customer contacted us on June 25. One of our agents replied on June 27. On July 1, the customer contacted us from a different email address upset about a delay in response. Our agent replied again yesterday, July 4. To our knowledge, this customer's request has been resolved.
