Multiple calls and emails have never been answered, and none ever returned.       *********************, CEO:In short, I ordered a *************************** putter on 5/1 via your website after confirming with your customer support that it would take about 4 weeks to process the order (order# ******). I paid $399.00 via PayPal with Transaction ID: ************************************/17: I emailed for an update 5/18: TGC emailed confirmation that it had been processed and was awaiting shipping 5/31: I emailed for an update 5/31: TGC emailed that Titleist was having availability issues 6/28: I left a Vmail asking status 6/29: TGC emailed that they had no update 7/12: I called Titleist and they said they had discontinued the Special Select model that I ordered via TGC. They said their new putter was taking 2 weeks to ship. They said they could not find my order since it came via TGC and suggested that I have them call their Account Rep at Titlelist. 7/12: I emailed TGC and requested my order be cancelled and refunded 7/13: TGC email confirmation that my order status had changed to cancelled 7/13: I email and asked how long it would take for a refund 7/16: TGC emailed that the Refund Request had been sent to the Refunds Team on 7/13 and to allow 3-5 business days to receive 7/24: I emailed to ask for an update. No response.7/27: I emailed to ask for an update. No response.7/28: I emailed to ask for an update. No response.8/1: I emailed to ask for an update. No response.Note: I also called EACH DAY and left messages. No responses.************ am the Chief People Officer of AvidXchange, which went public in 2021. I mention that just to say that I understand the various challenges with a company as they scale, etc. However, I can no longer even get a response from your company and its now been over 90 days since I paid $399.00 from my PayPal account with no product in return. I simply would request my refund ASAP to my account.

      I purchase online a Titleist T200 pitching wedge on April 14th, 2023. The company never shipped the product canceled the order and never sent my money back. I have contacted them several times with a response that the order was cancelled but they could not provide a refund at this time . They would have the refund department get in touch. This never happen. I believe this company is a scam they take peoples money and then never ship the product as in my case. From the reviews I read online this had happen multiple times .

      Ordered golf club on June 18,2023. Credit card was immediately charged. But, After several weeks no club/product was ever sent. Multiple calls and emails never answered. Then in early July several other attempts were made to contact co. Over 60 calls made & multiple messages left. Not one call returned. However after another message left stating contacting the ************************************* of consumer protection complaint filed, I received word of my account being credited. Yet, after 2 more weeks have since passed, I still have no account credit or merchandise. I am extremely frustrated and ready to file a theft charge on this business. I would like an IMMEDIATE refund if you all can help.

      Purchased golf shoes for $149.99 from *********************************** on 5/26/23. Received confirmation order #****** on 5/26/23. Item did not ship in timely manner so I called vendor on 6/7/23 to check on status of order. Vendor did not pick up the call. I emailed to cancel the order on 6/8/23. Received confirmation email of cancelled order on 6/8/23 and vendor stated that refunds take 3-5 business days after their "refund team" receives email request. Emailed vendor on 6/21/23 requesting refund status. On 6/22/23 vendor responded that they would send another email to "refund team" and customer service could not do anything more. I sent emails on 7/5/23 and 7/21/23 requesting refund status but no response from customer service.

      Date of transaction: 6/5/2023. Company has failed to ship/deliver my purchase and continues to tell me that the order will ship next week every time I inquire about the status of my purchase. I have made multiple requests for a refund and have not received a response. Calls to the store at ************** go unanswered. This pattern of behavior appears to be common practice by this company as evidenced by numerous other BBB complaints.

      I ordered a pair of FootJoy Golf Shoes on April 17th, 2023 for a total amount of $75.95. The Golf Club took the money out of my bank account almost immediately after the purchase. A week later I called The Golf Club to find out when the shoes would be shipped as it showed awaiting shipment online. They told me they had none in stock and had sent my order over to FootJoy to have them process and ship my order which could take an additional 2-6 weeks. I cancelled my order as that would have been too late to receive the item. They stated they would issue a refund and my status online showed item cancelled. It has now been over 2 months and I have still not received my refund. I have called numerous times and only receive their voicemail. *** left numerous voicemails with no call back. The one time I was able to speak with someone on the phone he told me they sent another refund request in and there was nothing more he could do. Additionally I have sent numerous e-mails to the company, again with no response.

      I ordered a golf club though The Golf Club in mid March. It still says awaiting shipping on their website . I have called and left 3/4 messages and I have emailed them another couple times asking for an update or to at least reach back out to me so I dont feel like Im getting scammed. I have heard nothing from them in the last three months.

      I placed an order for a golf jacket back on 2/27/23. After following up with the store several times to confirm when the item will ship, on 4/11/23 I finally asked them to just cancel the order as they still did not have an estimated ship date. Since then I have followed up several times for my money to be refunded which they have continuously dragged out. It is not 5/19/23, I still have not received my money back and have not received a response to my last 2 follow up attempts.
