      My partner and I are harassed by a front desk employee named ****** who works at the Planet Fitness in ******** off of Winshester and ********.She watches us every time we visit the gym and makes it a point to come talk to us and enforce rules that we aren't being broken. I asked her and her manager to show me in the bilateral agreement we signed what rule I broke, but they never produce results.I will continue to broadcast this message as far and wide as I can to ensure Planet Fitness tightens up it's hiring practices and TERRIBLE **************** standards. I am completely embarrassed for their leadership Team

      06/06/2024. ISSUES: 1. the place does not have a capacity number poster anywhere telling customers how many people they have at this gym. 2. The water fountain is not working for the last 7 days. 3. The ** is not working either. They are allowing close to 100 people per night. the Space is not big enough to work out. The place have not tried to solve the problems.       I was trying to attend planet fitness, which I have a monthly reoccurring fee for the last 4 to 5 years. Upon scanning my badge, they accused me of not being me, and I was willing to provide them my phone number, email address, address, credit card that used to be historically on file and account information if applicable. They refused and now I have to drive home, because Im not gonna provide any additional information.I am only writing a Better Business Bureau review Because there is no corporate number and a lot of the corporate people are just stating outside of the building

      I signed up for a planet fitness membership on 04/25. There was an issue w my membership which I emailed them through their app on 04/25 because it didnt apply the promo code. No answer. Then I got charged for my first month. I tried canceling but they state have to do so over the phone or in person. I have hearing problems and my hearing aids are non functional. Now they wont let me cancel unless I call. Which I cant.

      Since September of 2023, Ive been trying to cancel my membership. Ive mailed several letters, reached out via email and have not received a response while I am still being charged. I have reached out to my bank to stop all recurring payments since Planet Fitness is having such a hard time cancelling my membership.

      I was over charged for a annual fee that they never once mention they ad says ***** nothing whatsoever about a annual fee i spoke to front desk they are sticking to the annual fee i have to pay and they charged my card so i told them i want to cancel my membership he said i would have to come in person to do that

      I have been paying for this account t for a while now without realizing, no big deal! Called to cancel my account and they told me that I was only able to do this in person at my home club. Would not let me do it over the phone and would not even acknowledge that I wanted to cancel, only suggesting I transfer my home club o somewhere closer to where I moved. So only able to do it in person? **********, ** is the home club and that cannot be legal? Horrible business

      I regist my Planet Fitness gym membership she canceled. I am disabled and I have not used the gym for 3 years. Around April 3024 PLANET FITNESS GUM aka. *** FITNESS GYM says my membership would be cancelled in 7 days. Now 5/17/24 Planet Fitugym ********** is still taking the money out. *** FITNESS CANNOT cancel the membership , but they emails me they could. Planet fitness ******* NY told me to email them. The email. *********************** did not work.. its over a mouth and planet fitness said they will try. And my kids have to come, even though I pay bill bill out of my back . Im disabled. Cancel my membership both mine, my son ********************************* and my daughter **** ***********************. 3 yrs they took my money. This is a disgrace. Please CANCEL ALL THE MEMBERSHIPS OF PLANET FITNESS RE MINE, son, and daughter . **

      I have sent letters and calls requesting this gym to stop taking money out of my account for services I dont use. They keep taking it.

      I joined while I was *********** Navy at the ***************************************. Subsequently I moved to a location where the closest Planet Fitness location was over an hour away. I tried to call and cancel and was denied stating I need to send a letter. I am not satisfied with the cancellation policies and disappointed that I had to pay for postage to send a letter when the club could have verified me over the phone or had me sign a document via email. I had placed a stop payment as I was paying for a Black Card Membership for over a year and a half of not going to a Planet Fitness and it was challenging to cancel. Now I owe said amount before the policy can be canceled. This is not a fair business practice to customers and even worse for *********** military members. I am disappointed in Planet Fitness, their lack of compassion for their customers/and military members, and I would not recommend working with this business in any capacity.
