We recently had 4"x 3/4" prefinished solid American Cherry flooring installed. The sales representative we dealt with at Hardwoods 4less was extremely helpful and very responsive, she was the best! The purchasing of the product and delivery went smoothly. Our installer stated that the product is of excellent quality and was very impressed! First of all, ****** ******, sales manager, provided the best customer service I have ever received. It was superlative! The product, 3/4" solid, ***** Hickory is beautiful! Don't buy hardwood anywhere else.

Over the years, installing flooring from the highly advertised well known wood floor manufacturers and dealing with their substandard flooring rated as "first quality", it was time to look elsewhere for a different company. After careful consideration, we went with Hardwood4less for the latest project. We chose American Hickory 4" solid hardwood plank, 50 yr warranty, "first quality" from Hardwood4less. The character of the grains and color are softer with a low luster finish, making the floor bright, clean lines, softer, without being too busy, which is the look we needed to get to for this house. There are a lot of lighter (white) planks with soft grain going through the wood, and the darker grain is lighter brown, not dark brown. ******* is about character (grain) /color variations, and the Hardwoods4less team found what we were looking for. That is why it is important to get samples, even a whole box, before making a decision.The boards were milled cleanly without tongues/grooves missing and or split, warped, end of boards beveled, splinters and the overall waste is minimal. The flooring was truly "first quality" as advertised. When installing wood flooring in a whole house, good quality flooring makes a huge difference in installation time and customer satisfaction. The folks at ************* will work with you and ensure you are happy with their product from the start to the finish. Very happy with the product and service received from the Hardwoods4less team and will do business again with them.

I ordered the solid hardwood floor from Hardwoods4less. I researched many flooring companies and visited dozens of websites and decided on maple 3 1/4" x 3/4" Natural Maple Prefinished Hardwood Flooring from Hardwoods4less. Since my first communication with **** requesting the quote, through the process of purchase and delivery I got the best customer service I have ever had. **** followed up and was monitoring the progress of my order. He also offered advice on installation. Upon receiving the shipment, we were delighted. The wood is spectacular, more beautiful than shown in any pictures, and so much better than any solid hardwood I could find in large stores nearby. Each plank is neat, beautifully cut and has even color. Some of the boxes were mislabeled, and when I notified the company, **** and *** were immediately on top of things willing to replace the items if needed. All the planks turned out to be the same, but **** and **** swift reaction was great. This is an outstanding company, with excellent customer care and selling amazing wood flooring. I could not recommend them enough.

We were unable to find *********** parquet we needed for repairs to an older floor anywhere else. The samples, at a very modest cost, allowed us to verify the match. We then were able to get a carton made for us. While a higher quantity than I needed which, of course, cost more than originally expected. It saved us much more as we would have had to remove and replace the entire floor otherwise.
