    I've been patient and interacting with the Opus Immersive team since 12/8/23 and requested refund 12/24/24 after back and forth for months. First was told that my April 2024 delivery date was delayed and that "Realistically, ****** would more than likely be when you would receive your order; however, that is just a guesstimate," I was flexible given the delays in manufacturing happening during this time. I checked in regularly-- the team did not reach back on their own. In Aug 2024 I reached back out and was told "A temporary setback in our manufacturing process resulted in a slight delay in our production schedule. However, we're happy to announce that these problems have been fixed and that full manufacturing is now underway.". Thrilled with the update I figured I'd give them and additional 60 days to get it together. I have a heart for startups. In October 2024 I reached back out and was told "While we currently cannot provide a specific timeline, I want to reassure you that our upcoming containers are going to arrive very soon, and, we are in the process of setting up schedules for their arrival, as soon as we receive them we will be able to provide specific details on your order. Our goal is to have all backorders including yours fulfilled by Q4 of this year." When nothing arrived by Dec 2024, I asked for a refund and was asked for information because "refunds are being processed via mailed check". I provided the information and then was told "We have submitted your refund in the amount of $2,149 via mailed check to our finance team for processing... please expect the payment to arrive within ***** business days, though in many cases it can arrive sooner." After 30 days I checked in and was told "Our finance team is currently working to resolve a complex issue that is impacting the processing of some refunds". I email every week. 4/15/25 and Still nothing.

    I ordered an Opus sound bed and paid for it months ago and still have not received it. The last email correspondence from the company stated it would be delivered in March 2025. Today is April 12, 2025 and it still has not been delivered.

    In July 2024, I purchased a product called the OPUS SoundBed from ************ via Digistore24 for $2,232.52 USD, paid through ******. Despite receiving a confirmation, the product was never delivered.After months of communication, **** acknowledged their failure to fulfill the order and confirmed via email on January 31, 2025, that my refund had been approved and submitted to their finance department. However, as of todayover 8 months laterno refund has been issued.Ive followed up multiple times with no resolution. **** has stopped responding meaningfully, despite providing their business mailing address when I requested it for formal documentation.This prolonged delay and lack of accountability constitute clear bad faith business practices, including breach of contract and failure to deliver goods or issue a refund after admitting responsibility.I am seeking a full refund of $2,232.52 immediately. If this is not resolved through the BBB process, I am prepared to proceed with legal action.

    I ordered a sound bed and the company said they were having delays in getting the materials. I finally told them to refund me. They wrote back on Feb 28th that my refund would be mailed within 21 days. I have not received a refund nor a response to an email I sent last week inquiring about the refund check.

    Purchased sound bed with Feel Opus with a $199 deposit on 4/17/24 and second payment of $2106.32 on 6/7/24 for Order #*****. Item still has not been received as of 4/10/25. **************** has been reached and we were told we would receive a mailed check. We never received notification that the check was mailed, nor have we received the check. **************** is now non-responsive.

    I have purchased a sound bed from them and paid in full. it was never shipped nor delivered. asked for a refund in January 2025 and never got it either. They don't respond to my emails. Many other people report the same issue. They scammed thousands of people and still doing it.

    I paid $199 to reserve a sound bed on 1/26/25 and cancelled the order within minutes because I read some bad reviews about the company. It has been 2 ********** still have not received my refund.

    I purchased the OPUS sound bed on November 11, 2024 for $2,824.50 including taxes and shipping fees. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back and pushed back. Then I stopped getting updates. It has now been over five months and still nothing. I reached out to the company multiple times asking for a refund. They said they would give me a refund but the card I used to purchase the bed had expired. I contacted my bank and they told me that even though the card expired it has no bearing on the return process. I contacted OPUS several more times to let them know they can refund the purchase to the original payment method without an issue and they have completely stopped responding to me. They will not answer any emails at all, it has been a month since I received my last response from them.

    I requested a refund over 6 months ago, and the company said they would refund. Each time I reach out, they say they are still working on it, and I need my $1500 back for a product I have never received.
