      I had filled out an order to purchase something from this company and I didnt have time to fill out order completely. When I came back to my order it wasnt on my phone anymore. I seen in my bank account they took $1.53 from me. I called them and they said my order would be canceled and my money returned. I never ordered products and I never received my $1.53 back into my account like I was told it would be. I would like my money back no matter how much was taken from my account because I didnt receive anything for it.

      I have ordered 3 bottles of medicine for my back pain and paid in full with delivery charge $148 on the 7th September this year for our address of ********************************************************************************************************, Order No. ******* and I havent received anything when I send them message its not going through, now I cannot order other medicines I dont know what to do, I hope they answer to your call, I thank you for your cooperation Thanks *********************.

      1st date of transaction April 21, 2022, merchant,Healthy Back Institute, I cant remember what I received or if I received anything from company, charged to my credit card, 2nd transaction May 21, 2022,Both charges were for *****, total- $119.98. These amounts were charged to my credit card. I am disputing these charges on my credit card- thank you for your help
