I had to pay over $4,000 upfront for a procedure. I was told I would get $1,000 from NetWell to help offset that. Five months (and MANY MANY phone *************** after the procedure I received a $500 refund from the doctor's office. And now (7 months later) I have a bill from the doctor's office for $500 since the "benefit maximum" was reached...seems NetWell is NOT covering ANY of it? I'm not a math genius, but $500 is NOT near the $1,000 maximum I was told. And when I went to cancel my plan, they wouldn't refund the month I had paid for already. I didn't want to cancel with them before I was sure my new coverage was going to be in effect. And NO proration for a partial ******** this actually a scam trying to mask itself in a "Christian" name? Very sad!

Thank you for your feedback, *****. I had the opportunity to review your account, and it appears that we have reached the maximum shareable amount for the wellness program under your current plan.
Specifically, two share requests were processed: one for $433.00 and another for $567.00. Your plan includes a $1,000.00 maximum for preventative care, and according to our records, that amount has been fully shared.
If you have any further questions or need additional clarification, please dont hesitate to reach out. Were happy to help.

If I could give a Zero. I applied for Net well in October 2024. I quickly realized that they did not cover my MD visits or my prescriptions so I cancelled. As per the agreement any cancellation within a month is a full refund. I waited for a month but noted that my card continues to be charged. I called net well and was assured that my refund will be processed. After waiting for 2 month, I called the credit card company and reversed the charges. I was Called by **** from Netwell stating that they needed to reprocess the payments because as per agreement I am not allowed to dispute the payments. All charges where reprocessed and I waited for a month as per promise. After that I have called **** and **************** with NO Help. At a point **** pointed out that she was with another client. At this point I was really upset, and she said I am not taking your Money. I cancelled my card, and they are still charging it. This company has charged me close to $3000 so far and I am unable to get help. Please DO NOT GET NETWELL. They do not help . They only want the money.Thank you

Don't waste your time or money. Enrolled with them for a year because it was cheaper than our work provided healthcare but what a mistake that was. Needed to use them four times and four times they covered nothing. Wife went to emergency room for a bulging disk and nerve pain that left her unable to stand, went to ER listed on the website as an in network hospital. Received an $11,000 ER bill with not one item covered. Ten months later and 2 appeal processes later including filing paperwork with the hospital to review the case but because it's not life threatening they can't cover anything. You're better off putting $500+ a month in a separate checking account and paying for things out of pocket yourself than dealing with a defeating bill that will take years to pay off.

Still waiting for our refund. They are horrible. You might as well pay out of pocket because the copays for literally every where you go on top of the monthly premium is CRAZY. As a Christian myself this is NOT a professional company and need to rethink how Biblical principles should apply to their company. They have tons of negative experiences so I don't know HOW OR WHY they have an A on BBB. They are HORRIBLE and need to get shut down.

We only have a record of one phone call with you, which was regarding your refund request. Please note that refunds must be processed through your agency, not netWell.
Im sorry to hear about your experience with your agency and will reach out to their management on your behalf regarding the refund. If you have any questions or concerns about netWell, please dont hesitate to contact us at ************. Thank you.

Only because I cant give zero stars. Our business looked to this plan for providing coverage to our employees. One employee was told they didnt have coverage despite premiums being paid for a year. Second employee was denied coverage for maternity as she tested positive for strep B the day she went into labor. They deny claims even when the hospital has sent in the documents saying they didnt receive it in a timely manner, they only allow for 6 office calls a year, even for newborns and children, wont cover preventative care such as colonoscopies. Do not make the same mistake we made.

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, since you are not an enrolled member with netWell, per HIPAA/PHI regulations, netWell cannot discuss any pertinent medical information with you. Regarding netWell "Only allowing 6 office visits per year", this is what was chosen at time of enrollment by the member. netWell DOES offer other comprehensive options. netWell offers 24/7 access to Revive Health, at no cost, nor does it take away from the allotted office visits per member, per program year. For Maternity Sharing, Maternity guidelines are included in netWell's member Guidebook, which each member is required to review, and sign that they have received, and understood netWell guidelines. netWell archives all member electronic signatures at time of enrollment, that they have an understanding of our guidelines. We are more than happy to discuss further, if your employee would like to contact *************** at: ************. Thank You!

I would NEVER recommend Netwell to anyone. I just had a baby. All mothers are required to test for ************** I did not have GBS with my first born but I did with this pregnancy. Women have no control over being GBS+ some carry it some dont. NETWELL WILL NOT COVER YOUR MATERNITY IF YOU ARE GBS+ !!! You cannot appeal this as it is in the manual so for the women who go their entire pregnancy thinking theyll be cover then are GBS+ youre SOL. Dont take the chance. Dont get Netwell if youre planning to have a family as you run the risk of not being covered. This was not my only issue. I also had many things not covered because they were not filed in a timely manner even though the lab companies submitted proof of it being filed on time and appealed it multiple times. Please exhaust all other options before ever considering Netwell! (This ********* based company is anything but)

Thank you for the Inquiry. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, or your employees.Upon review of your inquiry, this has already been addressed in a previous complaint from the member. As for the 6 office visits per member, per year that is the program that the member chose. We have multiple different program options that they can choose from with different amount of office visits. I am unable to disclose any other information regarding the share requests without violating HIPAA. Please feel free to have the members call in to our Member Experience team at *************.

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars for this so called healthcare. Netwell has been the biggest nightmare for my family. My husband was found to have a very abnormal EKG during a health check for life insurance, which we found out about 4 months later when the life insurance company finally called us and told us about it. That lead him to his primary care office, who also did an EKG and immediately sent him to the *** which later led to a transfer to another hospital for an emergent cardiac catheterization to rule out blockage and/or arrhythmia. During the procedure, he had captured episodes of ventricular tachycardia, witnessed by the cardiologist. His arteries were also noted to be completely clean with absolutely no blockages. He ended up in the *** and started on oral medication for the arrhythmia. Netwell is denying nearly $70,000 in bills, stating this was a pre-existing condition, even though he had never been diagnosed with this before. We WERE under their coverage when the initial EKG was done with the life insurance company. More specially their reason for denying? He has a history of high cholesterol and that can cause heart problems. Well yes, but CLEAN ARTERIES do not cause NON-EXISTENT blockages. The level of reasoning they have is just absurd. They have denied literally EVERY BILL submitted to them. Routine lab work, regular doctor visitseverything. I am in the appeals process for every single medical bill Ive gotten since getting this healthcare option with them. At this point, Im nearing them being sent to collections because Netwell has left them unanswered for nearly a year. They completely ghost me AND the companies asking for payment from them. Apparently they are very well known for kicking the can down the road and not answering calls from their customers or request for payment from these other businesses. Eventually it gets sent to collections or theyll say its been too long since the initial date of service to pay. STEER CLEAR!!

Don't do it Netwell claims on an emergency that you will only be out of pocket the $10,000 for the elite plan. My son fractured both bones in his forearm and I am out an extra $18,000 ($28,000 total) so far because they claimed the hospital and doctors' ****** did not notify them. I was at the doctor's ****** when they notified them that he would need emergency surgery to add plates to his arm. I also was at both hospitals in town when they notified them of the immediately needed surgery. I had to use second hospital because doctor on call would not see him until the following day at the first hospital emergency room. By Colorado law if it is an emergency it is not out of network. Should I get a lawyer? We have submitted 3 times for reimbursement and only get crickets. No response. I had three doctors say it was required emergency surgery and could not be splinted! At least the Hospital that did the surgery reduced the rate from $68,000 to the $28,000. I was only asking for the $8,000 in the requests for reimbursement. Went back to regular insurance obviously after this false advertising.********

This is a great alternative to overpriced ACA ObamaCare solutions. I love the HealthShare option and what it stands for! netWell offers a variety of membership options to accommodate different healthcare needs and budgets. These options include the Advantage Plan or a Catastrophic Option among others, designed for those seeking coverage for major medical events at lower costs. Each option is part of netWell's commitment to providing healthcare solutions through a **************************** (HCSM), where members share healthcare costs One of the best decisions I ever made. www.netWell.com

Their standard answer is no. They deny everything regardless of whether it should be covered according to their plan and you have to fight to appeal it. AVOID NETWELL AT ALL COSTS!
