    I am another victim of Hillstone Hemp, in that I only requested one order and have been continuously billed ****** monthly. I have tried contacting them to no avail. I have been working with my bank to stop payment since I no longer receive any orders, they just keep billing my bank account.

    Ordered 5 bottle on 4/12/2023 for ****** and after realizing Hillstone Hemp was a scam of a company I called and immediatly try to cancle the order but they said it was to late to cancle, so I asked them to cancel my account and send No further shipments. Will today 04/13/2023 these a-holes charged my cc for another ******. Just called them and the lady who could barely speak english said it was to late to reverse charges because they already shipped it. There needs to be a collective group to start a class action lawsuit and make an example of Scammers like Hillstone Hemp.

    I had agreed to 1 order back in January, then when I received another order and was charged $199, I tried to cancel by calling customer service. Waited and waited and when I got no response, I left a phone message that I wanted to cancel, and gave them my name and address again. Since then have received 2 more orders charging me $199. Just today tried calling customer service again. This time got a person, but the female voice was so faint I could barely hear it. When I asked her to speak louder she hung up.How can I get this canceled?! Help

    Add another very unhappy person to the list of complaints. My credit card has been charged 3 times now to the tune of almost $500. They refuse to answer the phone. Trying to deal with the credit card people now. I've had to cancel my credit card. Very unhappy.

    Will tell you a cost when you order then charge you credit card 3x more than they said the cost was then take forever to refund your money when you return the product unopened. Stay as far away from this company as you can!!!

    I, like all others, have been fraudulently charged. An order was placed for $39.99 but charges were $59.99 along with an additional $199.99 that was unauthorized. I have contacted my bank to have them place a fraud charge on the almost $200 order and cancel the card. When I contacted the company, they said they 'couldn't pull up my account' and to 'call back in one hour'. They claim on the website a 90-day money back guarantee. When I gave them my order number, that is listed on the email confirmation, they told me the number should have both numbers and letters, which it doesn't!

    I also purchased this product for $59.99. I was charged ****** which I paid. One month later they tried to charge me $****** again which I didn'torder or receive. Luckily my credit card contacted me because this came up as a fraudulent purchase, which it is. My credit card will be cancelled and a new one with a different number will be sent.

    I dont even want to give them 1 star. They are awful & rude & would not help me at all. I ordered a package for $59.98 & was charged $199.88 when I attempted to cancel & get refund. They said it had already been processed so no refund ?? they are a scam !!! Buyers please be aware !!!

    I have not had good customer service with this company at all. The website is terrible for ordering.. they do not try to help you rectify problems, they charge $10 restocking fee for every bottle, and when I complained about that they said they would refund half the restocking fee which was $70 and that never happened. **************** number seems to route you to different countries!
