    I hired APSavings to clean my 3/br/2.5ba home in Aug 2024. We did an intial walkthrough pointing out what was needed, and I left to remove the dogs while she cleaned. When I came back-- only 1/2 of the house was cleaned, upstairs was barely touched-- she "made" the bed but it was thrown on. I was called a liar by the owner even after sending photo stating that "she had never seen that room" Well, it was the master and she 100% did see the room. I have an entire text thread of nonsensical arguing from this owner. They tried to come back to my home and "correct it so he can see who said what". 0/10 customer service. $260.00 wasted. They will not cancel my account that I have never had access to. I am requesting a partial refund as she did do at least 35%. Buyer Beware-- their recent ****** reviews are aligned with my experience as well. SCAM.
