    First time customer at this business. Started online with a ************** Loader Seal kit. Used their chat and continued with hydraulic hoses ordered. Very communicative with texts and several follow up calls. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Parts shipped same day, with two day delivery. Everything was correct for my use. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

    They did a fantastic job!! I had quite a few interactions with them and all were a pleasure! Its very easy for a customer to make a mistake when ordering the seals they sell they walk you right thru it, very professional. If something is accidentally ordered wrong they have you send it back and get you the right parts quickly! I will be ordering again????????

    Awesome guy! Called because dog chewed up bag of seals. Delivery guys hands leave dog treat taste on packages. They replaced all seals free of charge. *** had total concern for situation. Talked to his boss and got back to me within minutes. I will shop here next time i need seals without a doubt! thank you HW Parts Store!

    These guys are running their business the way it should be done! I initiated an online chat support session regarding a strange sized cylinder on my backhoe. Within 5 minutes ***** had called me and was as helpful and knowledgeable as anyone could be. Within a few minutes he had worked out what my strange cylinders were, what size parts I needed, and had shipped them overnight. Talk about top notch customer service! I've ordered from this company 3 times. Every order has been shipped promptly and was the correct parts I needed but todays exceptional customer service earned them a customer for life.
