********* *. was awesome! She was helpful and kind! ****** *. on the other hand is unprofessional and we literally had a screaming match because he stole money off my card which is crazy. He sent an invoice that was not accurate and charged my card EVERYTIME the payment allegedly failed! I asked how much is the amount he stated $398 but sent an invoice of $400. I told him to update my card on file and he did manually because I had the money to pay yet the transaction failed due to the invoice being incorrect. I spoke to another representative ****** *. a month later to update my card again but she stated the policy changed so she could not update my card info manually. How odd??! Then she sent me another false invoice so Im not sure they even know the amount theyre just throwing numbers out! I am so happy to leave Zen Business and anyone who wants to form an LLC please take the time to do it YOURSELF. These people are vultures for money and will say anything to get it. I will be looking into further legal action if there is anything I can do to get the justified. Taking from small business owners will not help you all succeed. I am almost positive that is not the mission of Zen Business but at the same time they have shown its all about selling you a dream. The platform doesnt even help with anything. You can literally just do it all yourselfno help.ZenBusiness Inc

1 starThey overcharged me, my filings were late and they have no answer for any of it. Worst experience ever. This is a scam stay away from it
