11/15/21 I received an email that said I signed up for american worker insurance. I do not recall doing it. I received a confirmation to my gmail account. The only thing that I did was apply for a position with Remx who asked me to finish and complete the application. I was not hired or anything Remx/ employbridge holdings. There was no salary or job. Actually it said no jobs available in area. That is all I recall. When I go back on their Remx website it only has my profile and no connection to the American worker. I went on the American worker website to see and because american worker send something to my gmail account, they should have something on file . I did not know the password or username because i did not sign up. So, I tried to reset it and says neither email address is active in their system. confirmation *******. Starting December. This weird and employbridge holdings were i just applied for a position and not even a contractor or was hired for anything. profile says no jobs in your area to apply for but yet i have some type of insurance benefits.please helpBusiness response

Mr. ************************************************** works for EmployBridge staffing company. When they go through on-boarding they are offered insurance via The American Worker. During his on-boarding he selected to cover himself and a child. The only way this happens is for him to voluntarily supply that information. We have no access to his personal information such as his childs date of birth unless he supplied it. He may not recall this because it was via EmployBridge. If he wants to cancel, he can call the phone number in the confirmation email sent to him on 11/15 or call ************.

date 050/7/2021 ***** and pink womens center for mammogram and papsmear The american worker insurance. Had test done on 5/7/2021. The insurance was supposed to pay. They changed to a new payment systmen and have not paid yet. I called and spoke to 4 different people since June 10. and they keep telling me 30-days. It is not November 1st, and still not have paid. I am being told I have to pay. between to the places the bills are over a $1000. I do not have this money. The insurance says doctors can call them not their issur insurance should pay this. please help
