  My name is ***********************. I sat on the phone and gave my information 4 times. I was transferred to another representative 5 times. Each time they said they sent you to the wrong department. I have not been able to use my benefits in the last 6 months. I called to get a new card it was stolen. This has put me in a hardship. I am suppose to have benefit coverage. No one in the system wants to do any work. They all just transfer to someone else because they do not want to do the work.

  They called and I told them to never call me back. The same girl called me back twice and asked "Do you want me to come to your house and **** **** ******* ***?!" She told me that she will come to my house and **** ** *** and talked like she was standing outside! She even said my address. I should call the cops!!

  Absolute scam company. They have horrible to say the least customer service. I requested refund credit for more then half of the leads do to them being resold and bad contact leads. ***** there supervisor gives me a $200 credit for my $1600 bill 99% of leads are resold to multiple agents. I would also receive leads days after a agent already issued a policy for them. This company should not be in ************** your money!

  This company should not be in business. They are complete scammers. They are money hungry. They never return calls. Their live transfers are $60 a pop!They send calls that dont even connect to you. Every agent you talk to when you call to speak with someone has a a different way to do things. When you **** them off once they permanently Route all your calls to a supervisor who are nasty. They have horrible to say the least customer service. They say you have to return a call if you dont agree with it. It takes a week for them to get back to you & 95% of the time it gets denied. When you call about it they never help you with it. They charge your card every day until you pay them for calls you shouldnt be getting charged for!!!! They sent me someone who is told me he is currently in prison for insurance fraud! How do you not ask these questions & then tell me I have to pay for it anyways. Insane! I wish I had been warned about this company in the beginning. These people do not care about their customers who pay a good ***** to use their service & expect to be treated fairly in return. When I call to cancel my account they tell me I have to pay off my balance first! Stay away from these people. I hope this helps someone else out.

  Terrible company to work with. I was referred to this company for live transfers for Life Insurance. The price for these leads are very high and done on a bidding system. For the price theyre charging youd assume the client is warm and ready to go. That couldnt be further from the truth. Every lead I received was terrible. People just window shopping looking for a quote or that werent even qualified in the first place. I later learned you needed to add knock out questions. Only when I threatened to cancel after they denied returns on several calls was I credited and then told about knock out questions. It didnt end up helping as I was sent another call for a client looking for term life but had just had a stent put in less than a year ago. That automatically declines him for any type of life insurance outside of a guaranteed issue. That call should have never made it through to anybody. The very next call I was sent an out of state lead and while it said he was from the state I was in, a quick search of the actual street address revealed he was actually on the other side of the country, which he confirmed, and then asked to be transferred to a representative in his state. After attempting several times to get on the line with customer service I became so frustrated I decided to close my account for the second time. They bullied me into keeping the account by saying they would take me off their credit system and put me on prepay. After 2 more calls Id had enough and firmly told them to shove it and close my account even though I had credit left. It wasnt going to matter anyway. Ive already sent an email blast out to over two dozen teams with Family First Life advising them against going anywhere near this garbage company and to seek their live transfers elsewhere.

  All web leads is honestly the most humbled company to work for. They're nothing but honest, ethical, family oriented. I can't believe these bad reviews. Everything is done honestly and on a recorded line. Best company EVER!

  All web leads rip off of Agents: I recently signed up with AWL for leads and asked the agent to send only one lead per day and made a prepaid amount of $100. On 07/25/2022, they sent me one lead that the number says it does not take a call. I went online to report that the number does not take a cal. On 07/26/2022, AWL sent 4 leads at a time contrary to the one lead at a time/per day and drastically reduced the credit to $41. When I called and spoke with one of their Agent, She told me that prepaid credits are non-refundable even when not have a working number as a lead. AWL should stop its deceit and fraud and return credits to Agents/consumers that are not used.
