On February 19th, we jreceived a computer alert that our *********** Venture credit card was billed $149.90 at ROFKIN. This charge has now been posted. We did not authorize this charge. We received not notification that this charge was going to occur and were given no options. We do not use ROFKIN. Additionally, Rofkin cannot be contacted by phone (no number listed) or email ********************** see below. If an account is created in our name, please cancel immediately and refund the amount back to our credit care. i will notify the credit card company. thank you for your assistance with this matter.Business Response

Was billed on January 15, 2023. I have accessed the website SEVERAL times. There is no place to cancel subscription. I have tried to call the number provided NUMEROUS times, there is only a busy signal. I have tried to email with no response. I would like my account canceled ASAP.Business Response

I signed up for rofkin and after using it for awhile I decided to cancel it. I cancelled it in April of 2022. The following month I was still charged. I sent and email explaining the situation and I never heard a word back. I even went in and removed my card information from the website and still continued to get charged for something I had cancelled. I again sent an email with no response. Here we are and it is mid January of 2023 and Im not only still being charged per month but now Im being charged ***** instead of ****. This is not right. I sent another email today with no response. Its almost been a year since I canceled and they just keep taking my money. I would like a refund for every month theyve charged me since I cancelled. This is not good business. You should not tell people that they can cancel, they do, and then they just keep getting charged with no response from the company.Business Response

I have been charged double for my Rofkin subscription since October of 2022. I have tried to call the phone number listed for this company--************ to no avail. The number is always "busy" and does not accept a voice mail. I have tried to find a way to cancel my subscription without success. ****** just raised the cost of a subscription by $5 each month.....without any notice. I want my money returned for double charges since October 1, 2022. ****** (also known as Medium) assigned me this domain name: @cindy_86553 When I searched for Rofkin help online, I was redirected to Medium. I was charged by the platform Rokfin $149.90 for what, I do not know. Never even gave them my bank **** debit card, yet I was charged. I never signed up for anything and only gave my **** credit card. I'm sorry to hear your frustration. I see an account under your name and email, but it was a yearly account that was for dates 8/19/2021 and cancelled on 8/19/2022. It was also charged the old price of $99.90.

I have tried to cancel the charge of **** calling number provided. Not a working number. They continue to charge my Citibank credit card. I had a granddaughter wrestling in 2021 through February 2022. I tried to dispute charge on my card but I noticed the charge is still reoccurring. I have tried contacting customer service at Rofkin, nobody answers. Rockfin I am charged $9.99 on my Mastercard with no way to cancel the subscription, IF there was an original subscription it may have been for access to one sporting event. It looks like you have removed your card from the subscription. For me to process your refund, please go to Rokfin.com on the web and click on Login on the top right. Then go to Accounts -> Settings -> Manage Subscription to edit your payment info.
