    Pattern of Complaint:

    BBB files indicate that FloSports, Inc. has a pattern of complaints concerning billing and advertising issues.  Specifically, consumers allege they were unaware of a negative option and charged automatically during their renewal term.  Consumers also alleged they believed they were paying for FloSports Inc. services priced monthly but instead were charged the annual price for a one-year subscription.  Consumers also allege they canceled services with FloSports Inc. and were continue to be charged. Finally, Consumers experienced difficulties canceling services and technical difficulties with FloSports, Inc.'s service.

    In August 2023 BBB submitted a written request to FloSports Inc. encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

    FloSports Inc. responded to BBB's request on November 27, 2023, stating in October of 2022 they implemented directing BBB cases to their case management system to ensure every BBB complaint receives a timely response.  FloSports Inc. has also implemented improved training and empowered agents to work with consumers to prevent further escalation to BBB.  

    FloSports Inc. has also implemented improving its plan selection page to show their annual plan billed annually and how it is billed (monthly or annually) below the price.  FloSports, Inc. has also implemented a monthly plan to provide more flexibility in plan options and transparency in billing choices to consumers.

      I subscribed to FLO SPORTS in September, 2024 to watch college football. When I tried to Sign In on 9/28/24, their APP would not recognize my *********** I emailed them and did not receive a response until more than an hour after the game started and all they provided was the info on their website. I then called ************** to find that the recording directing you back to the website with no ability to speak to a person. There were three additional emails from three different individuals which were not at all helpful. My numerous requests to speak to a representative was ignored. This situation obviously required a personal conversation, which is impossible by design. Services like this need to have personal tech support for unique problems.The problem has still not been addressed, I have not had the phone call that I requested, and this is a company that claims that customer support is available.

      My subscription was always ***** / mo. This month they charged me $150 on Sept 3, 2024, which is a week earlier then it should have been. My charges have been on the 11th of the month. I logged in to find out what this charge was for and cancel my subscription. I have cancelled, but there is not way for me to contact them to get reimbursed for this charge. No explanation of the change in fees. Flosports, Please contact me ASAP to reverse this and make sure my subscription is cancelled.       I never agreed to renew my subscription and found out Ive been being billed a $50.00 annual renewal fee through my credit card for years! My credit card company just alerted me that there is an upcoming $50.00 annual renewal charge scheduled yet AGAIN!!Their website is very deceptive and seems purposely difficult to talk with someone to get this to stop. Its been so long now Ive forgotten my password and possibly which username Id used at the time so trying to reset my password hasnt worked.

As stated in our Terms of Service, Your subscription will continue in effect on a month-to-month or year-to-year basis unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to this Terms of Service. You must cancel your subscription before your monthly or yearly renewal date in order to avoid charges for the next billing (each Monthly Period or Yearly Period). These terms were acknowledged and agreed to upon purchasing the subscription on the initial signup day.

      Flosports started charging us in May 2024 for a service we didn't order. We attempted to order back in march of 2024 but it never worked. They can't answer why it started billing in May.Our daughter plays softball but season was over, no need for their service. They are know for charging and hoping customers find the charges.

      I signed up FloTrack in 2023 to watch one event, but the monthly subscription turned into an annual subscription without me knowing or agreeing to it. When I logged in FloTrack, I couldn't see anything subscribed under my account, so there was not way to find out my subscription status or to cancel anything. In fact, the only thing shown under the "Subscription" tab was a button saying "Sign Up". However, I got charged again for an auto-renewal of the annual subscription. This is a scam. The customer service refused to refund because it was beyond 30 days of the renewal, even though I have not watched anything on their website for over a year.

      On 02/05/24 I subscribed to Flobikes so we could watch bike racing specifically. The previous service we used was able to be used with a VPN service but we quickly discovered that FLOsports would not work with our VPN. I decided to cancel the service within hours of signing up. They refused to give me a full refund after several emails back and forth. I paid for the yearly subscription which was about $165 with tax. I stopped using the service completely and revisited several months later to email requesting a refund after finding that ******** had completely discontinued the service for me. They still have the money for my yearly subscription but I have no access and they wont return any of my emails. I am at an impasse here. Even if I wanted to use the service Ive already paid for I cant access it.

      I cancelled my subscription in February 2024. I was charged by Flosports each month after that.It was $14.99 each month. I would like them to reimburse me for $44.97. I cancelled and all records will indicate that I did not use the service because I had cancelled, but was still charged.

      I cancelled my subscription with FloSports July 18, 2023, but just realized I have been charged ever since. FloSports reactivated the subscription August 19, 2023 without my consent, and charged me $32,46 per month, for ten months, also without my consent. They are now refusing to pay back the fees charged to my bank account.
