I purchased a one time event on 12/08/24. I just noticed on my bank statement that FloRacing has been charging me monthly (January-March, 2025) the one time purchase amount of $42.79 as a subscription. Through emails, they denied a refund and gave me a customer support number to call. There is an automated response that no one is available to answer phone. They ask you to email them instead. I have called several times and that message appears to always be on. I want a full refund of $128.37 for the three months I was charged.Business Response

The charge appeared on my credit card and I did not place an order. I have tried cancelling and getting a refund through email, but there was no response. An unauthorized payment was made by my 10 year old daughter for FloCheer. I realized this in less than 2 hours and immediately cancelled the subscription. It wasnt even activate for 2 hours and what makes it worse is that they charged $150 on my credit card and now Im reading that I wont receive a refund. She couldnt even watch what she was trying to watch because all the replay videos didnt have audio. How can you say you get full access and replay videos then charge $150 and not give full access to replays?! This is absolutely absurd and I can only hope I receive a refund immediately.Business Response

Purchased the monthly package to be able to watch one weekend of uda college nationals that you cannot watch anywhere else. For the main event on Saturday night I was kicked off and could not log back in, as we thousands of other subscribers. Was given no information from the company, and eventually found out that the program could be streamed on ******* for free because of their error. They did not inform us of this. I am rejecting this response because: I don't want another 30 days. I bought this to watch for 3 days, and your system didn't work for all of those days. Not to mention, you allowed thousands of people to watch for free, and never told us you were doing that. So thousands of us had to be extremely frustrated at the time of the main event trying to get it to work.At one point there were ****** people watching the ******* stream. They were most likely people that couldn't get their subscription to work. So you made $660,000 off just those people. You can refund my $30

For several years I have incurred a $72 charge annually for the service FLOSPORTS INC. supposedly provides. My daughter ran cross-country in middle school and I signed up to see her run a race and was never able to access this service. I cancelled my account per website instructions and I do not even have access to my account at all anymore for years. Every year they charge my credit cared and I have disputed these charges.Business Response

Did not authorize the charge for a new subscription, cancelled subscription long ago. Still charged $179 for a new subscription. Fighting now to get my money back. Probably will have to dispute the charges with my bank, somehow they charged a closed card. Such a scam organization, they need to be investigated and shut down.Business Response

I have added this account for my senior citizen father who is homebound. The videos constantly lock up, and they have to constantly reload. Regardless, my father asked me to renew his subscription. Yesterday, when I logged in, it said my credit card wasnt current, and I resubmitted the numbers. It still wouldnt allow me to access my account to renew the subscription. I sent an email, because there is no customer service number. For some reason, the email customer service support finds it comical to respond with subjects irrelevant to the situation. In two days the bill went from $150 which didnt process, to today it processed for $170.13, and then it was released from my account. But I did take a screenshot for my fathers receipt. Then it dropped off. All the while, about 20 emails of begging to speak with a supervisor, an IT person to fix my account. They were processing my bill through their email customer support, instead of fixing my account. Not to mention they quoted me, by the 3rd or 4th email customer service response at $179.99. When I asked multiple times why it changed three times in two days. The last two within 15 minutes. The email response was that the prices just change. I requested several times to fix my account so I could simply pay for the fee and know what I am paying for, and not through a third party email customer service support line. No response. As of right now I have not been billed again, but I am filling out this complaint because this is absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to add they canceled and deleted my account multiple times while at the same time billing me, and I never once requested it to be cancelled, or made suggestions about it being cancelled. I subscribed to their monthly service in July 2024 and paid for the first month. I cancelled the subscription prior to the next billing date of 8/12/24. In December 2024 I noticed that the subscription had continued to be charged to my credit card monthly. When I checked their app for my account status, it confirmed that my subscription does not renew and expired on 8/12/24. I have a screen shot of the page from their app confirming. However, my credit card was charged $31.79 monthly on the 12th in Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec. When I brought this to the attention of the company via customer service and showed them the screen shot from their own app they ignored it and simply said "Our records show your subscription... is active at this time". I cancelled the subscription following their instructions, had confirm from their app that it was cancelled and it would not renew, yet they continued to bill be for 5 more months.Business Response

Back on 10/5/2024 I tried to gain access to a website to watch my son's football games called FLOSPORTS. The site was not user friendly and over charged me $149.99. I emailed them and was able to receive only $120.00 refund. I was promised access to the games for the remainder of the month with a subscription of an additional $29.99 monthly for continuous access to the app. I canceled everything including the subscription on the website and through my iPhone. I am still getting billed $29.99 monthly in which I canceled again today plus I never received access to those games that were promised in October to watch. This site has been a nightmare ever since I accessed it. The problem has never been resolved and I am truly frustrated.Business Response

I have been trying to ****** this subscription for three months. I have sent multiple emails. I can no longer get into my account, which is the only way to cancel your subscription. I have chosen forgot my password, they never send me a link to change the password. They have no customer support number. I am being charged twenty dollars monthly with no way to cancel. I signed up to watch one of my son's games and they never offered any other games of his, and I have spend $100 to watch one game. They send an automated message when you email the company saying they will get back to you in 24 hours and never do.Business Response
