1 starMy current apartment community uses Fetch residential to deliver packages we pay a monthly fee to have our packages from *****, ****** etc delivered to us via this company. I had packages delivered to Fetch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at their *********, ** location. The app said the scheduled delivered would be yesterday between 5-9pm. I was home all day yesterday and the driver said on the app that he/she had arrived but NEVER brought my packages to me, the ** system they use to text you is a complete joke, its very unhelpful and you dont have the option to call or speak with a real person. The drivers lied and said they made 3 attempts to deliver to me yesterday which never occurred. I asked the ** via text and email to have the driver to contact me and tell me which floor they were on so I could let them into the building and they never replied to the email or text message. I spoke with a manager today after threatening to sue them and file a police report for stolen goods and she promised they would deliver today between 5pm-9pm. Here I Deja vu all over again and I am still missing 3 packages and the app says they attempted 2x to deliver today at 5:13pm and then attempted to deliver again at 7:48pm which is a lie, I have been home. I have called and texted to no avail and sent an email only to be told they are closed at 6pm and I have to call tomorrow. This service is worthless and should be avoided at all costs, they dont take accountability and the supervisor told me that I can come pick up my packages if I cant wait for their incompetent drivers. Allegedly the drivers cannot contact/communicate with customers to advise of delivery nor can customer service **** or anyone relay information: its the worst app and service ever. Im filing a police report they are scammers and should be out of business and avoided at all costs. Its ridiculous Ive been waiting 3 days for pkgs and cant get assistanceReview fromBlake S

I got verification my package was delivered to the fetch facility. Fetch then never sent me a notification they received my package, I reached out to them, it took 4 days of me constantly following up for the team to say the package was misdelivered, which isnt even a word, and that they would have to start an investigationwhat were they doing for the past 4 days when they said they were looking for my package. This service is awful and no one in my apartment building likes it, our building makes us use it and we front the cost by having to pay $20 a month extra on top of rent for the service that we didnt wantsFetch

Deceitful. Scam. Do not purchase unless you have a puppy with no issues. They will not cover much of anything.Fetch

We do not provide coverage for animals; we are a last mile delivery service for apartment renters. This review is left for the wrong business.Review fromTonya O

1 starI have had more difficulty with package delivery since being forced to use it by ******** property management than in the entire 8 years I have lived in downtown **************, **. Thanks to Fetch, my packages have been consistently delayed, lost or damaged. I cannot trust that packages will reach me in a timely manner, or undamaged since being forced to use Fetch. If something is important, I have to send it to a friends house to ensure safe, timely delivery. There is so much wrong with the concept and execution of this service. It is clearly a profit grab for ******** property management and Fetch. Two thumbs down!! Negative stars for this unnecessary and worthless service.Review fromKole B

1 starImagine someone invites you over to dinner. Normally, you would get in the car and drive over to their house. Now imagine instead you now have to drive in your car, go into your friends driveway, sign in with their driveway service plan to schedule a time to arrive in the driveway, and when you arrive at your scheduled delivery window, the driveway has disappeared completely and you are at fault for replacing the driveway AND for missing dinner. That is Fetch. A forced middleman that benefits no one.Review fromGlenwood T

1 starDespite proof that this package was dropped off at the incorrect location, they refused to assist me in tracking, refunding, or properly delivering packages. Instead, they released themselves from liability without assisting me.Review fromDeanna H

1 starMy apartments mandates the use of Fetch ***************** Within 2 months of living there I had 5 packages with confirmed delivery to their front desk just disappear. When I tried to resolve the issue they offered nothing, just said the packages were never received by them despite me having a signature on the tracking from their desk. ****** kindly refunded the first 2 packages and then had me file a police report when it continued.Review fromConor P

1 starFetch is an absolutely awful company that repeatedly misses deliveries, loses packages, and refuses to competently refund them. They have lost hundreds of dollars of packages, and delayed orders by weeks because they forget to deliver, or don't have enough people available. The fact that we have to pay for the "service" as well is absolutely ridiculous. I have never interacted with a less competent group of people; it's amazing they are in business at all. I have only one requirement for the next apartment I live in: that Fetch is not involved at all.Review fromSydney D

1 starFetch is incredibly hard to work with and the reviews don't lie. I had a package that I paid express shipping for as it was important. Fetch has had the package since Saturday morning. It is now Tuesday evening and I still do not have the package. I have reached out to the support email and text as required by fetch. (who doesn't have a customer service phone number?) For the first day of back and forth I received generic responses with no acknowledgment of my questions and the issue. On the second day, after asking for the situation to be escalated and for me to speak to someone over 8 times, I was able to speak to someone on the phone. The person was evidently reading from a script and still not answering any of my questions directly. During this phone call, she repeatedly pushed the blame on ****. Stating they still had the package, even after I provide the tracking showing the item was delivered (which she acknowledged). No one from fetch has directly answered my questions about how my package was seemingly delivered by **** but they don't have it or about them compensating the express shipping fee. To make this even more frustrating, this is something I have to have, not just a small fun item I wanted. It is something necessary for my body to remain healthy. All of this has been disclosed to fetch, yet there is still no urgency.Review fromNic M

1 starThis is the worst delivery service. I have had packages say that they were delivered to their facility however they were never delivered to my door. I have scheduled deliveries for specific time windows so I can receive them when Im home and the packages are delivered three hours earlier than the window so theyre sitting in the hallway unattended for hours, and unfortunately people are thieves, so I dont feel comfortable with this. *** had packages delivered half opened, and unfortunately, my building said that they would stop accepting all deliveries so I had to have a factor meals package delivered to them that was scheduled for delivery the same day (they received it in the morning) just for it to be out for delivery for over ************************************************************* return. Its insane how apartments will willingly force their residents to use the service, with such terrible reviews. I would rather inconvenience myself with having packages delivered to another location and go pick it up myself, than use this delivery service. A s c ***** pchtree And fetch Should be ashamed.
