January 9, 2023 $2500 Publication of NYT article It took 3 months for the provider to realize that they wouldn't be able to publish such an article on NYT, and in April, we showed goodwill and agreed to replace this publisher with Techcrunch. Then again, in June, it became clear that this won't be possible and since then we have received dozens of promises that our payment will be refunded. The last message I received from them today was not only angry but also insulting - here is the exact text (I quote):Man, Stop coming with these acusations. I have invoices pending to get paid for over 8 weeks. I am waiting to get the funds so I can refund you. You can post what? that we don't want to refund? I never said no! No, the business never tried to resolve the problem.PayPal Transaction ID: 0LP11875LW374781J No, it didn't invoice advertising

Client sent us an invoice, pending on 15th sept. Indeed we have cash flow problems, that's why we haven't been able to refund.

At the moment, we expect payments. It can be few days. We're waiting for the payment confirmation from our client.

I am rejecting this response because:

The last invoice we issued was due not on Sept 15 but on August 22 (attached)

We keep receiving refund promises since July (please review our communication attached to my previous message)

I am rejecting this response because:

Since June, I have heard this same excuse many times, which is just another way to refuse our refund. This business is a scum, and I'm not going to waste any more of my time dealing with this...
