            This company send work to technicians in the form of leads. Lead fees are charged to the technician before communication is ever made with the customer requesting **********************. The customer call is sent to the technician using a screened number through Service Direct. I am constantly finding leads on the technician dashboard (website) I am being billed for, when I never received a call. I am also being billed for leads from customers that are calling from out of state. 2 for example, I live in *********** and this week received calls from ***** and **********.

            ServiceDirect.com is a Scam. if you are a small or any business STAY AWAY!!! They will bill you for call that are total bs. i owe this company $2550 for 3 CALLS. 1. Call for mold in the recording the customer clearly stats we have mold growth. witch i did not sign up for. also we are in ***** where you need a mold license. 2. Missed the call, called the customer back and he stated he had a drywall repair after a water leak he need repaired. Small $250 repair maybe. and want to bill you for a active water damage call. i have picture proof from the caller and the still want to charge $900 for a billable lead. I DID NOT SIGN UP TO DRYWALL REPAIRS! 3. The last call came in from a from a lady who said she would call us back in 5 mins and never did! another $900 DO NOT DO BIZ WITH THESE GUYS
