      BEWARE! Furnish Finder will charge fees to your credit card without your authorization. I paid for a membership of $119 to list my apartment. I tried setting it up online but they prompted me to call them to help set up the add which they added a hidden fee of $149 which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.

      Their software will not verify my ID. Also, their mapping software is out of date and does not recognize my address. Hence, I am unable to verify my account to proceed. There are currently about 14 separate email threads open because every time I respond again for support someone new takes over and just copy/paste possible solutions in response. I also am unable to cancel reoccurring charges because they do not enable that function until you are verified. I am stuck in a cycle of reoccurring charges and receiving nothing in return. I have requested a refund about 5 times now and they just ignore the request and copy/paste answers that are not helpful. Also, when you try to call the recording always says there are 10 people ahead of you. I have a dispute opened with my credit card now and I will probably have to change the card number so they do not charge me again. Very crooked company and very bad service.

      I am so frustrated with FF. Cant access my listing or get into the KeyCheck to refund a previous *******. It used to be such a great platform. Too many requests to change passwords and time consuming to get work done. Im considering cancelling my listing also.

      As an airbb host, I tried FF, I never got any leads or bookings, there is NO phone number to contact FF, their messaging system is terrible. They had me on auto renew without my consent and would not give me a refund only a couple days after they took my money. I would NOT recommend this joke of a service

      Please, please, please everyone look at the other reviews below. We are in a very similar situation.Today Furnished Finder is trying to charge my credit card for $149. I just spent almost two hours on the telephone with Furnished Finder to get them to reverse this charge. The "customer service" representative basically told me too bad, even though the charge is only just trying going through today Furnished Finder said could not reverse this nor could they stop this nor could they give us a refund.I had no idea this was on an auto-renew. Now that I have "support tickets" where they point this out, I know. And now my account is not on auto renew, although there is no way to remove my credit card from this website unless I supply another credit card (for real!). Our rental listing is not active. We want to delete our account but ********************'s customer service reps are telling us all we can do it have our account listing in-active. The account cannot ever be closed (seriously?).Please stop this charge from going through! There has to be a better way to do business than this Furnished Finder! This is terrible (and costly!)!

      THIS COMPANY COMMITS FRAUD. They kept my credit card details and ran it WITHOUT authorization even after I had stopped using their services and my property had been turned off for 11 months. Even if you "turn off" auto-renew they STILL "auto-renew". Nothing you can do will stop from running your card once they have your card info. Literally scammy company, ended up calling my credit card company and reporting them for fraud and having my card replaced. No one seems to get any business from them my suspicion is that the FurnishedFinder website is a front to steal credit card info en masse. I see a class action lawsuit in their future.

      Please see the other complaints below. My situation is similar. I had no idea my account was on AutoPay for $248 . I called the very next day I was charged. What type of company would charge someone if you request a refund the very next day you were charged for a subscription service. BTW, I did pay for the service the prior year. Most inquiries were not well qualified. The company might have a better future if they adapt a bit and work with the customer. I did dispute with my credit card company, so hoepfully my bank/Visa company can commuicate with someone who can make the right decision.

      Im here to make a complaint about the auto-renewal system too. Even if you turned it off the company doesnt send u any records of doing switch. So, its your word against their system. If you make the mistake to do any business with this company. Make sure you screenshot everything!!! They wont erase your credit card info until you give them another credit card number. So you are in this everlasting h*** with them, and they can magically said that you never cancel their service. When you contact customer service they tell you that they understand your frustration that you were robbed by them but they are happy that they got away with it using their terms of used. If you care, comment in EVERY ******* sponsored video. Make sure they know how they are stealing from people.

      I cancelled auto-renew and deactivated my listing but was still charged $149. Support claimed that they sent a courtesy email 1 month prior to the charge, but I never received it. Since there is "no-refund policy," they refuse to make it right instead they close the support ticket so I can't respond. They know it's sneaky and underhanded and they have the policy to protect themselves. Better just steer clear of this business!
