    I have been scammed by DataCom ***** BEWARE! I hired this company in ***** to complete my website build on *** and was informed it would be completed in one week. I had built 75% of the site and needed assistance with completion. It is now 12Mar25 and my site is still not fully operating. The last assistance I received was in December and since then I have been told that they are calling me, leaving texts and voicemails and I have received none. Here are my main issues:1. I was told *** would not support what I needed for a website and was coerced into purchasing a WordPress site for $1150. I have since learned that WIX is more than enough for what I need. 2. The project manager of my website build (***** Pensen) was being unresponsive from 20Dec24 - 19Jan25. After requesting to speak to ******* manager for assistance due to the fact that I was not getting any help, a "manager" (***** ******) reached out to me using ******* email address. The phone number I was given for this "manager" (and have been calling for the past 3 months) connects me to a generic voicemail message. I have been leaving email and phone messages regularly and absolutely no progress has been made in 2025.Datacom is interested in only taking as much money as possible from my small business, providing false claims and has shown absolutely no integrity. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
