      Fraud was conducted by sale manager at AutoNation , *********************** on 11-2-2021. I still have not received the $1000 deposit See enclosed 2 page document stating the infractions. I want to buy that truck and follow through with the trade agreement as per the sign contract. AutoNation should take action with their personnel who performed unethical practices with customers.

      ******************** did have a vehicle coming for him a 2022 Chevrolet **** HD.  My understand  is we get bills of units coming with a estimate cost of the **** what the truck will be selling for.  In September when we worked numbers on the unit the vehicle did have a 500 rebate for that month.  As you know with the shortage of inventory there is no rebates on new vehicles for the **** HD right now for the month of October.  As you can see ******************** was upset about that and said we where lying to him.  He was told back in Sept. that will change depending what rebates and incentives ************** have during that current month.  The other thing that changed was the sale price of the unit jumped up $ 600 dollars from the asking price.  We had no control over that.  Once the unit was billed ************** sent us the invoice and the unit did cost $600 more of what we had quoted ********************.  We didn't do that on purpose or try to get more money for the unit.  Every unit on the lot we sell for MSRP with the exception of our corvettes.  We do put a Austin protection pkg on every unit which comes with window tint and APP appearance protection pkg.  We told ******************** we will take that off and he doesnt have to pay for it.  He was saying Im not paying that pkg protection.  So we took off the **** of sale. ************** was going to work with ******************** but got very upset and angry and saying how dishonest we are and not honoring the price we gave him.  We explained the mistake and ************** was going to discount off the unit but as you know in todays market we have high standards with CSI and customers surveys.  We have few units coming in and to take a negative survey in which we had no control over is hard to sell the unit.  ************** then told ******************** doesn't have to purchase the unit if he is not happy with the deal.  The 1k deposit would be credited on his credit card if that's how he paid for the deposit in September.  We have no intentions of keeping anyone deposit if they are not happy with the deal.

      Regards,Hello *****, thanks for helping out with technical stuff. 

      In this forward email, attached you will see the contract with highlighted yellow.  This is the forged document signed only by ***********************, the sales manager.  This is his copy, he highlighted it. Picture taken on desk in their office. 

      He signed the forged copy only after his subordinate, ************ claimed he lost the double -signed contract where both of us had just signed. I believe with investigators involved, you will get ************ to testify he was instructed by his boss to get rid of the first contract and assume they are working under the newly created forged contract.  Why:  for money and to attempt to force me to use their bank not USAA. 

      The contract we both signed was emailed to me the night before 9-28-21 by **************, it did not have that statement about matching my USAA interest rate.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      Auto Nation Car dealership did refund my deposit after 4-5 days of the dispute date.  They had my money for more than 30 days to guarantee the sale of the truck as agreed in  the original contract. The sales manager instructed a staff employee to lose or discard that double signed document, so he could forge a financial document of $63,000.  That is a felony offense in *****.

       

      BBB Please make this a permanent complaint against AutoNation of Austin so other Central ***** people can see this companies practices.
