    I bought a **** EcoSport from **** maxwell about a week ago, they said they did a multi-point inspection. which sounds good and everything, got it in my hands on Saturday drove it put the car in reverse and there is a noise coming from under the car, i took it to **** and they sent me pictures of the catalytic converter witch what maxwell had already said they did the pictures **** sent me they looked old and rusted. yellow paint on some of the parts which means they came from a junk yard. if you buy a car here, be ready to go to an actual dealership to get it fixed. the actual key to unlock the door never worked. manager says they don't check the actual keys they just make sure the fob works

    My experience with **** Maxwell started out great. I got the car had it for a few days and then the car stopped working at a stoplight. I was able to turn it back on and make it home. I then contacted **** Maxwell and told them that the car had a problem and that I needed them to come tow it to their dealership in which they did. A few days later I went to the dealership to pick it up and on my way home. I had the same problem with the car. I have reached out numerous times to managers of the dealership and have gotten no response. I recently found out that they said I mentioned that I had a lawyer, and thats why they werent getting back to me. I do not have legal counsel. I do not have a lawyer. I never said I had a lawyer. But they still refused to work with me. And now Im stuck with this car.

    I'm 9 days away from 3 months not having my car. They don't update me, they don't respond until LAST second- my est date has been pushed back almost 3 MONTHS. I reach out and even complain about the lack of communication, not only does that email get addressed, but the ZERO follow ups/ updates continues! I'm so over this place. Shady and sketchy.

    They sold me a lemon. Ive been having problems with my 2016 Kia ******* Ive just had it a year but from day one that car has had problems. Stupid me for keeping it.

    FIAT of Austin was sold 2 years ago and is no longer in business. So wherever this customer took her vehicle to is under a new dealership name. Thank you

    *oy where to start? First 22 Dodge Laramie had screen issues and the dealers response was oh, we never experienced these type of issues, then traded in the laramie with a Long horn, also 2022, guess what? The screen had another issue in it and then electrical issues such as converting from 2WD to 4WDA on its own. I told the dealer about it and of course, they played the we dont know card. Aside from all of that, *edhat or Mr. ** got involved and he said we cannot help you and dont bring car for service or anything and park it next to ******* (lol). Then he ended the call with this conversation is over. Then I decided to trade it in and loose another $15k to just have a peace of mind type of truck/SUV and all of the sudden, Mr. * got my paperwork and told me to wait for my truck to be fixed, they did gave me a loaner, though they are now asking the loaner back and I will have to bring it back myself, without having the courtesy to even offer a delivery or even take care of my issues. While doing the paperwork for the new car/trade in), they started a long process and blaming it on the bank and it was their requirements, they asked for paystubs, proof of address, phone **** only. I spent about 5 hrs there just doing nothing and waiting. When these documents were provided, they started the more documents card again with unnecessary paperwork and to stall the whole process and nothing has been fixed as of yet. This is the last time I am dealing with this dealer and they lost a customer for good. My advise, dont deal with this rip off dealer by all means and espeywith Mr. ** ****** or (******) and *****. I dont even know what is the status of my Long Horn truck, no one called. Then today (April 11) got a text saying that the loaner I got was sold and they want it back and they brought my UNFIXED/REPAIRED TRUCK to me without giving me an estimate time as to when to get the part. This dealership is a total rip off, now I am trying to get rid of this truck a
