****** ******* was kind and helpful and I appreciate how patient he was with me. Within a weeks time I test drove everything from a Mazda sedan to the CX5 and finally found my perfect fit a CX30. Even after two weeks, ****** ******* still returns my calls and answers my questions, this is exceptional work ethic and I appreciate his continued support.

Set up an appointment to see a car, days before and they confirmed my appointment. An hour before my appointment they told me the vehicle was not for sale yet despite being on multiple used car websites. Dont waste your time with this dealership.

Ive bought 5 new cars from this dealership,I took a car into service once after purchasing it. They banned the vin not my other 4 Mazdas I own. *** why, i gifted the car to a family member and they still refuse to work on it. seems like they are trying to cover up an issue they created even thought it is still under factory warranty. They refused a 74 year old woman service on her vehicle. Even though this is safety related and there is a national service alert related to this. Currently working with government agencies to assist in the investigation due to stay issues this dealer refuses to help in and this car was sold twice by the dealership prior to when I purchased it.

In 2023 I had to take my vehicle to the dealership in two occasions for mechanical issues that were covered u see the warranty I purchased from the dealership and now my vehicle turns off when raining. I cant believe that this company claims to do ******************************************************** the conditions knowing they will fail.

I purchased a Mazda vehicle from this business which turned out to be an horrible experience. I needed to trade the car because of on-going issues with the vehicle overheating and shutting off. I reported this many times and went to the dealership to have this fixed nothing was done. When I tried to trade in the car at a different dealership they gave me information that this dealership sold me a car that was a lot more for what it was worth. They advised me to go back to this location and let them know along with my proof because I was making payments for a vehicle that will never be paid off in time or I wouldn't be able to catch up because my loan was too high. The day I went back to Roger Beasley Mazda Central I was told they couldn't help me and refused to answer any questions in regards. I noticed they were trying to rush me out of the building because they knew what they did. Now I'm stuck with a negative equity on my vehicle whenever I tried to trade it in. Please for anyone buying a car from this location please do your research and do not let them rush you into anything.

Shady tactics on how to deal with repairs on cars, as long as they can ghetto rig it to pass safety inspection theyll sell it. They pay someone under the table to fix all the used cars and tell the customers that they already purchased the vehicle theres nothing they can further do about it.

DO NOT BUY A PREOWNED CAR FROM THIS PREDATORY DEALERSHIP! ***********************, the salesperson we dealt with, told us that the preowned car we were buying had not yet been inspected AFTER we had been there for hours and were in the middle of signing paperwork. He promised us that the car would be looked at by the dealership's mechanics and that anything wrong with the car would be fixed before they send us home with the car. We had to wait a couple of days after signing the paperwork before we were able to pick up the car we bought, which we were fine with because we thought ***** could be trusted to keep his promise that nothing mechanically would be wrong with the car by the time we picked it up. We were so wrong! On the drive home, we noticed a loud clunking noise when going over bumps. The next day, we looked under the car and found that the CV Joint was COVERED in oil. Clearly they did not fix anything and had no intention of doing so to begin with. When I messaged ***** and asked if they could help us out, he said his manager, *****, simply stated that we signed a form saying that the car was being sold as-is. Yes, we did sign this form and we were okay with that. It would be one thing if this problem started happening a month after we bought it - but it was happening ON THE DRIVE HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP!Aside from that, there were several other issues with the car that weren't disclosed, such as the lumbar support on the passenger's side being broken, and the CD player being broken. They low balled us on our car that we traded in, tried to tell us that the ***** blue book values didn't matter because of a volatile market (yet had the *** value listed on the car we bought, and had the WRONG value on it. They had the *** value for an excellent condition car, and this car has a large dent in the back and several other cosmetic issues - far from excellent condition and it's absurd that they had it priced as so.) Making promises they don't uphold is SCAMMING!!!!

This is the first negative review I have ever left a business in my life, but I wanted to share my experience to hopefully protect other car buyers. Here is the short version:- I purchased a used 2020 Mazda CX-5 in September, 2022 - LENGTH OF WAIT TIME: I had an appointment to pay for the car and sign the paperwork and was told it would only take 30 minutes. My sales agent repeatedly reassured me that I was next in line with finance, but after waiting for 3 hours with an upset and hungry toddler, I checked with the receptionist who informed me that there were still several people in front of me. We were told to come back and wait in line another day.- TIMELINE OF REPAIRS: My car had some damage before I purchased it, but I was guaranteed it would all be fixed within 2 days. After a week, I they gave me the car, only for me to discover that several of the items on the 160-point checklist were missing. In particular, my car still had several dents. When I pointed them out to the sales agent, he pretended like he couldn't see them. I attached pictures of the dents to this review. Fortunately, they took the car back, and I got it a week later-- 2 weeks after the date I was originally promised the car would be ready.- SMOKE IN CAR: 1 month after owning the car, it became apparent that the previous owner had smoked in it. I had gone out of town for a week, and after it sat unused, the smell became so strong that I could not drive the car without getting headaches. I am pregnant and have a toddler, so I was concerned about my family's health in the vehicle.- IGNORED MESSAGES: I tried texting my sales agent, texting the official Mazda central number, calling and leaving voicemails for the manager, and sending an email to the manager, but none of my messages ever received responses. Finally, after a week of no responses, one of the managers answered one of my many calls. He essentially told me that it was not the dealership's responsibility that the car they sold me
