      Honestly, I ordered the wrong thing and wanted to use there online website instead of their box. I called to change, and rather than help me the person said I needed to cancel the whole order and try again. I asked if he could just do that for me, and he said no... Interesting that you who works there cannot help me. So I called to cancel and by that time I was so fed up -- that I just wanted to cancel and get a refund because I was getting no where with these people. This was all within three hours. It's now been about 3 weeks, and I have now called 4 times, and after asking about my "refund." They said we have not heard about a refund only a cancellation. I didn't think I needed to be so direct when I said I'd like to cancel because this has been the worst customer service experience. They would not refund us our $300 plus because that have a non-refunding policy even though we haven't used them once. I would not recommend them in a thousand years, purely based on their customer service.

      Terrible service. I location I manage was signed up for music service along with many other locations but I could not use this service at my location so I called to cancel. I was juggled between customer service people and could not cancel the service I never used. I tried to cancel on 3 separate occasions and finally got upper management involved now they are still trying to collect invoices for service I never used and just sent another invoice for service that is still not canceled and has never been used. Very unhelpful customer service.

      Mood media is the worst vendor of any kind I have had the displeasure of working with. It took 3 associates from my property management group months to get mood media to respond to **. Finally, I complained here, and a manager reached out because our music was playing a 20-song loop for YEARS before one of my on-site security officers complained about it. **** took over a month to dispatch a tech and when they did, they repeatedly sent tech to the wrong STATE. I cancelled my subscription after 2 months of frustration and no progress. I am still getting bills from mood media 3 months later saying my account is overdue and I will be sent to collections. How they are in business when the vendor I changed to dynamic media has 90% lower prices and has competent people answering their phones is beyond me.

      Be aware if you ever want to cancel Mood Media. I called several times but was on hold quite a while so I emailed them in Sept. of 2021. They needed a written reason as to why I was cancelling. The 1st email I sent was on Sept. 7, 2021. I finally got an acknowledgment from them on Sep. 22, 2021 confirming the cancellation. On November 18, 2022 I was sent an invoice for services from Sept. 2021 to the present date for $1,261.57! Thank God I kept the emails from 2021 to show the cancellation, I had a feeling Mood Media was going to do something like this. BUYER BEWARE

      They charged my account AFTER I had canceled and its been 3 weeks since they were supposed to refund my account. Still nothing. STAY AWAY
