On January 13, 2025 I paid $138 to Static nails. After multiple assurances my order was either on the way or they were checking into the problem, I asked to be refunded my money. No communication since.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders one 10/28 and 10/31. This company uses SHOP - which i also use for my business, so I am familiar with how the system works. On 11/8 I sent an email to the company for a status on my order, as it still showed "order placed". I received an email stating there were carrier delays - which doesn't apply if my order hasn't shipped. A few days later, I sent another email asking when my order would ship. I received a response indicating that they would ask the warehouse to send my order out again. Meanwhile, the order has not ever shipped - ******* requires a tracking number and that you move the order to fulfilled to ship it out. Another week went by and I sent a third email asking to cancel my orders and refund me my money. Suddenly, my orders shipped. I sent another request asking why they shipped my order when I asked for a refund. No response. I then received a survey request for my experience. I replied to that email asking for a refund since they shipped an order I requested to cancel. I received a response that stated "I see your orders were delivered". The company has yet to advise on my refund or even respond to an email appropriately.Initial Complaint

I ordered nails from this company in the beginning of October, they were lost due to an error on the companys side, they refused to actually provide any customer service and demanded that customers wait until their stock was found as opposed to mailing replacement items. They also refused to let customers cancel their orders during this protracted experience. All emails to customer service were met with automated responses.I had ordered product for an event and since I wouldnt be getting it by said event I wanted to cancel since it being late was their fault and they chose a much longer route to resolution, and they told me due to an error on their end they couldnt cancel because it had been sent out are now offering me store credit as if Id ever do business with them again.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on October 14th, haven’t received any notification of it being shipped. I have contacted this company. I purchased product from this company on October 12, 2024. After a couple of weeks I emailed them to find out where my order is. I was told that the carrier lost it and once the carrier found it they would send me tracking info. I havent received that as of today 11/4/2024. I made a transaction on 10/17/24 for 3 sets of reusable nails for a total of $58.25. My initial problem was upon signing up, you receive a 15% discount code. When I attempted to use the code, it gave me 10% off. I contacted the company for resolution and they ghosted me after asking for my information, which I provided. I ended up using a different code, which worked for 15% off. Once I placed my order on the previously mentioned date, the order "went missing" and they wanted me to wait until the end of the following week to find the missing package or reship the items I ordered. I waited those days and requested a reshipment of my items on the date they mentioned. I received a response that said "Would you prefer to wait till the order is fulfilled? Alternatively, we can cancel the order and process the refund. Please let me know which you prefer." I already indicated that I wanted the order and to ship it like they told me they would? I placed an order nearly two weeks ago, and I was informed that the carrier lost it. When I reached out to customer service to request a cancellation and refund, I was disappointed to receive no response. This lack of follow-up is concerning, especially as I spent close to $100 on this order.The delay and unresponsiveness Ive experienced so far do not reflect well on your service, and it has left me hesitant to continue business with your company. I placed an order with Static Nails on July 4, 2024 for $100.00. The tracking information said the package had not received. I have not received my products or a refund. You cannot contact this company by phone only email. I have sent at least four emails requesting a refund. Their last response from ***** said no refund since they had already shipped my products. This is definitely not acceptable customer service. A hundred dollars is not a lot of money but it is a lot of money to me.Since I have not received my products I want them to provide me a total refund.Any questions please call me or email me. ************ ********************** Thank you ***********************
