      2/21/24, purchased two pair of glasses via Zeelool website. Immediately realized I entered something incorrectly and called their customer service number. They cancelled the order and added a credit of the amount paid into the 'Wallet" in my account. I was able to use that credit to submit an order with the correct prescription information. Received the glasses on March 10, 2024, and could not see out of them at all. Reached out to their customer service, they provided a return shipping label and I confirmed that I wanted the order I purchased. I received the second set of glasses on April 20, 2024. At first, both pair seemed to be made correctly so I figured I needed time for my eyes to adjust to the new prescription. After two weeks of headaches, blurred vision, and things looking out of sorts, I took the glasses to be read in an eye glass store. Neither pair of glasses have been made to the prescription provided to Zeelool. I reached out to their customer service to advise of this on May 5, 2024, and request a refund of monies paid since they have now had the ability to make this order correct twice and both times, failed to make the glasses as medically required. On May 7, 2024, they emailed an agreed to provide a refund, in full, however, they are now requesting because the order was purchased via the "Wallet", to give me a credit to buy more glasses from them. Why would I give this company the option to try a third time when quality control does not exist? I have no problem sending both pair of glasses back to Zeelool and I would like a full refund back to my credit card. I have already purchased a third pair of glasses from a brick and mortar store, so I can actually see. I have the email string, receipts, and voice mail messages from this company to document what has transpired during this time frame.

      On August 2nd I purchased a pair of glasses for the total amount of $25.92. I was unable to use the glasses so I sent them back. I have tried calling them, no answer, emailed them and they only want to refund me for $18.92. So I agreed to the refund, but no response, no refund. I am on disability and it's my fault because I needed some glasses, but I just want my full refund back please

      I ordered 2 pairs of RX glasses and they didn’t work for me. One pair made my vision look like a magnifying glass and the other made my vision wavy. I attempted to call the customer service line 5 times and each time the robot dropped the call after 3 minutes. I tried the chat option, and it seemed to be going well until the person stopped responding all together. I emailed and got no response. I called again hours later and finally got someone. When I told them what the problem was, they said they needed to verify if it was their mistake. I just want to send the glasses back. They then gave me a return address, but when I looked it up…there was no indication that it was associated with Zeelool. It was just a random distribution center. I don’t feel comfortable sending these to that address because it doesn’t seem valid. I just want my money back. I was looking for a cheaper option for glasses, not to get scammed out of over $200.

      I made my first purchase with Zelool about a month ago. Seeing as it was my first purchase, I made sure to look over their return policy thoroughly as a precaution. Their return policy is very minimal and said (copy-pasted from source) ´Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of being received....Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange/return for any reason.´. As it so happens, my glasses weren´t the right fit and I requested a refund. They made it clear that I would have to pay for the return shipping and that they would not be refunding shipping and taxes, all understandable. When it came time to pay my refund I was informed that they would only be paying half of what I paid. When I asked them about it, they told me that it was due to the shipping, when I refused to accept this as a reasonable explanation, they quickly changed their story and told me that I had only paid half of what I was asking. Overall, it became clear that their return policies were a scam to not pay the client what they are rightfully owed and make some profit out of their customers. Needless to say, I will no longer be a customer of this company nor would I recommend it to anyone due to their poor costumer service.

      I ordered a pair of glasses from this website. When i recently checked the order status on usps website it stated that the postage was counterfeit and seized by law enforcement. I dont wish to do business with a fraudulent company. I just want my money back!!

      I unsubscribed from Zeelool’s daily text messages by texting “STOP” as instructed yet they still sent a text the next day. I blocked the next number they texted me from only to get more texts from different numbers. I just want them to stop texting me. It’s daily.

      Sends promotional text messages every two days. I have repeatedly replied "STOP" in order for them to stop sending them, only to receive more promotional texts two days later from a different number. You cannot find a way to unsubscribe in their Help section on their website, and googling how to unsubscribe is not helpful. It is deliberately confusing and just plain sneaky to continuously text people from different numbers when they request stoppage and then to not provide an option to unsubscribe completely. I just want them to stop texting me, and to stop doing this period.

      I just received my glasses & I cannot see out if them at all!!! There is a error on your they're very very blurry my last order I ordered brown glasses with same prescription& I can see just fine with those I need you to correct this issue asap I paid upfront & express shipping I want full refund all (100%) of my money refunded back to my card asap! $98.34 every cent I want it!

      Purchase a pair of glasses with this company and now it’s saying no order placed. I pie with my bank card and they took my money and didn’t send me a email or anything. I want my money back. Tried calling several times it goes to a voicemail and sent them emails no response

      I ordered glasses from this company,the glasses do not work ( they are reading glasses). I would like to return them for a full refund. I have tried several ways to contact the company with no luck. I would like to give them their glasses back for a refund. Thank you
