    I uploaded my prescription on 06/26/2022, Order # 100461688 in the amount of $20.76 and ordered a pair of Single Vision, but these idiots filled it with the "Nearsighted Numbers of my (FULL Bifocal) numbers, then told me it was my fault! The offered me 50% refund and said I could order another pair for 50% OFF. I have went back and forth with CS via email for the last 16 days changing what I need to have changed on my script. Finally I went back to the Optometrist today to get a new prescription per their specifications and they called me to 1st say it's incorrect, then send me an email 5 mins later with more BS about the script is wrong again and there's an additional charge of $25 on top of the order!!! I wish to to heck I would pay them that. I just responded to them to send me my 50% refund and I will have the BBB go after them for the remainder.

    Hello, the return policy with Zeelool is extremely unclear. The webiste says they accept returns but when I contacted customer service, they will not give me a full refund. These frames dont fit and I would like a full refund https://www.zeelool.com/return-refund. Recipt attached.

    On May 20, 2022 I submitted an order to this company. The order number is 100444604. I submitted an order for single vision glasses. Previously i had submitted an order and had entered the prescription incorrectly. The company advised me that they would help me by giving me a 50% discount on another order. I was thankful because the error was mine. So I was happy to submit a second order thinking the company was willing to help me. I submitted the referenced order. When I received the order I was unable to see out of the glasses. They were blurry. I advised the company of such. They replied and asked me what were the glasses being used for. I replied that I used them as reading glasses. The have since replied and advised me that I should have chosen reader. They are more than willing to give me another 50% discount for another other. The problem is is that I used this same prescription at America's Best Eyeglasses and another online vendor with no problem at hour. I received single vision eyeglasses from these two provider but now it is a problem with Zeelool. I think they are running a scam and taking people's money. The first order I was willing to take the loss because I had submitted the prescription incorrectly. However I am not willing to accept this loss of money because they are running a scam. I should have researched this company more thoroughly. There is no way to get in contact with anyone by phone. When you call there is a recording advising that they are not available and then hangs up. I work hard for my money and would like a full refund of my second order. I will never use this company again and will tell all about my experience. I look forward to this issue being resolved promptly.
