      I am reaching out regarding the sudden and unexplained permanent suspension of our account. We have been active on this platform for several years, maintaining a strong track record:4.6-star rating out of 5 (based on 453 reviews)4% cancellation rate 98% of customers stating they would use our services again (as reflected in our profile)Despite this, we received an email stating that we are "not a fit for the platform," with no clear explanation or specific reason for the suspension. This decision is extremely concerning, as this platform is a critical part of our business. To be removed without any prior warnings or violations is both unexpected and unfair.Whats even more troubling is that I have seen companies with much lower ratings (e.g., 3.5 stars and a 20% cancellation rate) that are still active. We take pride in delivering quality service and have very few negative reviews. If there is any issue requiring verification, I am more than willing to comply. As a **** citizen who frequently travels between the **** and abroad, I can provide any necessary documentation to confirm my identity and location if that is a concern.Additionally, I have personally reported fraudulent companies on the platform, yet no visible action was taken against them. Given that we have not received any prior warnings, flags, or temporary suspensions, the decision to permanently remove us seems both unjustified and inconsistent with the platforms usual enforcement process.I respectfully request a direct conversation to address this matter and explore a resolution that would allow us to regain access to our account, including bidding rights. Considering our strong history on the platform and our commitment to compliance, I believe this situation deserves a fair review.I appreciate your time and assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know how we can proceed.

      Original Transaction: 04/30/2022 Incident Date: 05/12/2022 Initial charge for shipment of a vehicle occurred 4/30/2022 in the amount of $667.70 which was charged that same day to my credit card.On 5/12/2022 I was called by the Broker (uShip Logistics LLC) and asked to provide an additional $250 for shipment of the vehicle due to a "discrepancy" with the specifics of the vehicle being hauled. At the time of the booking a detailed description of the vehicle, pictures and the **** was provided. The Broker explained that an "error was made" and the carrier is requesting additional funds. The Broker stated that if additional funds were not received the shipment "would be cancelled". Additionally, the carrier then called explaining that the information that was provided to the carrier from the Broker was incorrect. In the end, I the consumer was required to pay an additional $100 for the transaction/shipment to be completed. I requested the Broker to contribute funds as it was the Broker's error. The Broker stated that they had compensated the carrier additional funds already and would not contribute more. I asked the carrier if they had received additional money and I was told "they had not received anything" from the Broker.

      An initial review of your order concluded that uShip Logistics incurred a $200+ hard loss servicing your Freightliner van. The item was not the year, make model and trim as provided to us from uShip *** (uShip.com) and selected by the end users. We understand these vehicles may appear similar, but small differences in weight, length or trim can impact the other units a transporter is able to haul at the same time, and thus the highly competitive rate we were able to offer on this route.

       

      If you would like to pursue additional money, please contact uShip.com to review options related to their "Ship With Confidence" guarantee.

      To whom it may concern,

      The response from the company was a lie. All appropriate information was provided to include the vehicle VIN # (which gives the EXACT vehicle biographic). The error rests solely on the business whether out of negligence. The carrier who delivered the vehicle stated the company purposely makes these errors to entice carriers to accept the "shipment" then leaves the negotiation up to the carrier & customer to work out.    

       

      I would like to pursue further action to ensure this practice does not continue against other customers.

      We would recommend you contact uShip **** to discuss the perceived errors in their VIN data. We are a vendor that responds to the information we are provided by their systems. 

       

      Given our company's financial losses attempting to honor our delivery committments even through we were not at fault, we will not be able to be of further assistance at this time.

      I am rejecting this response because: the response provided by the business was not accurate. The information provided to the business at the time of booking allowed for the exact vehicle description to included dimensions, weight and required transportation specifics. The vehicle VIN # was provided and that allows for even a ****** to go to any of a number websites to retrieve the information. As a professional shipping company there is no legitimate reason to making this error. This fact was confirmed by the carrier when they stated "the company does this all the time."
