      False advertising. Wasted $200 on a membership. Didn't like what I saw. Cancelled membership within 48 hours of signing up. No refund...oh well.. ****** learned

      No stars is more like it. Don't deserve even one star. Got my first 2 drivers just fine. Went to the get the third driver, and never got a response back. So I waited until 2022, and tried to get another. Membership was over. No way was I going to pay another $365 for a company that cannot follow their own policies. I wanted to trade, they never responded, now they want payment on my driver, that I wanted to trade 2 years ago. Sorry, not happening. You need to allow me to test up to 3 drivers(If I want in a years time), which you did not, as your company went totally quiet in 2022. Stay away from this company. They cannot live up to what they say. Go to a pro shop, and get one there, you will be much happier.

      Canceled my subscription and returned driver and still getting charged monthly fee and they have sent my account to collections. Cant get anyone at company to call me back . Total scam !! Out of business they are terrible !!!!

      This is a total scam. I have been trying to get them to ship me a new driver since I paid my yearly membership a year ago. To date they are saying they can't ship me the driver I want. They keep saying things will be up and running again in a couple weeks. I have head that for almost a year. To make matters worse, they just charged my credit card for another yearly membership!!! Even worse than that, I can't speak to anyone in upper management to voice my displeasure. I put a review on their website and it was never posted. The people running this website should be arrested.

      The idea seemed good , but I could not exchange my driver . And you do not receive any answers . After my membership ended they said I owed 250$ and sent it to collections, even though they never came through on any of the promises that the company said it was about . Never could , nor still can I upgrade, exchange or anything. Seems like a scam .

      This company is an absolute joke. Been waiting over 6 months for the 2022 drivers that every single store and golf course has in stock. So we don't get to upgrade and try new drivers because they don't have any in stock. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't have the inventory, than you should be freezing payment from us since we aren't getting access to the drivers per your terms of the contract. Shady company is an understatement. To top it off, I have tried to leave reviews on their website so people know what they are signing up for and they delete the reviews. They only show the 5 star good reviews on their website. So misleading and unprofessional. They will be bankrupt and out of business very soon. No doubt about it.

      Great Idea if you get to use membership as designed. Joined June 6th 2021 ordered driver received couple days later with no issues. Got a bag with a ball marker some tees and that was cool. Driver I ordered I loved didnt really want to swap anything out until 2022 drivers came out. 6 months into my year subscription want to try out one of the stealth drivers see if I like it better than the sim. Well from January 2022 6 months into my membership until June 6th sorry we are transferring over to new line drivers and are having issues with manufacturers. For 6 months???? When all the golf stores around have all the new drivers??? 6 months later yall still having issues?? So I email them in May asking what the deal is also asked if they would give me my 6 months I got screwed out of when they get the new drivers in. All they said was well sorry but you can renew membership and have all the membership benefits once we get the new drivers in. Why the h*** would I renew my membership that I never really got to use anyways cause they couldnt get new drivers in. Def wouldnt recommend. Also communication when having an issue not good. But if and when they want you to renew or send back or Take ownership of the driver you were able to get. They send an email/text message every couple of days. Or when you ask for a balance inquiry of what is still owed they sure as h*** get to that email right away.

      Scam, they arent shipping drivers, have no new technology, yet took my money. I assume they are on the brink of bankruptcy.. 2022 drivers have been out for over 4 months.

      At first it was great. Received my first club right away. When I wanted to upgrade things got terrible. They told me 2 weeks for the tsi3, waited 8 weeks with no update or club. I contacted them waited another 4 weeks and nothing. Finally traded in for the same club I had the first time with a different shaft , ping g425. Went to do a shaft upgrade which the advertise as free, cost me 50$ of shipping and they sent a used all scratched up shaft. I had 6 weeks left on my membership and wanted to do another upgrade and they said they were not accepting upgrades at this time. How can you charge for a membership and not offer upgrades. I asked them to extend my membership for one month for the waiting of tsi3 I never got and upgrades not being offered and they refused any help at all. Said I would have to purchase another membership. I would highly not recommend this company to anyone. Worse golf experience I have ever had. My membership including 3 upgrades and they would not honor what I paid for. I will be taking further action on this company.
