    Says money back gantaree, told us we would get 100% back but then only refunded 30% when we did what they wanted to get refund( sent pics of product not working and the sores it caused on the cats from the flea collars). We emailed and they said full refund with pictures so we sent pics then they later said they wanted videos but we already took collars off and sent them back liked asked. They did not live up to there promise and I recommend that no one buys from them.

    Terrible company to work with. Couldn't get tge product after they took my money and couldn't get my money back when I cancelled the order. Kept giving me one run around after another.
