    Do not work with *****************! He will likely take your money, dig a big hole, and leave you high and dry!We contracted with ***************** in July of 2021 to buy and install an in-ground fiberglass pool. He asked for an initial deposit of $19,500, which we paid. Soon after, **** brought in a digger to excavate the area where the pool would go. We had originally agreed that there would be no digging until a permit was cleared but found out he had not started the permitting process when he started digging, so we had him stop work and go back and get the permitting done. That time went on until February 2022. We thought he had been working on it but discovered he had no idea how to pull a permit. At this point, we had to step in and help him with the process. We were able to get city approval as of this month (July 2022) but for weeks we have been trying to meet with him to get an understanding as to what his plan was now that the permit was approved. We have not received any response, so we decided to do more research on him and his company (BBB, Yelp...) only to find out that he had run off with other people's deposits as well in the past. This made us nervous so we reached out to him again and gave him a deadline to respond before we reported him to the authorities. We still have not received a response from him for 9 days. I am concerned that **** has made a career out of taking peoples money and not delivering products and services here in ****** and the surrounding areas. If he has done this to your family please report him to the Attorney General.
