I purchased a Rolex watch on ******** website. The seller cancelled my order.. ******** issued a refund back to my credit card account. Net spend is stating my account is restricted pending an an approval from their team. Approval for my money to be refunded. Im appalled by the way Netspend is handling My funds. Ive lost trust in your institution. Im highly upset. Please refund my credit card ASAP! Im also going to write a review regarding this matter. The refund amount is ********. Refund it as soon as possible. Im contacting the Attorney General so this doesnt happen to other customers. Id like a phone call in this matter ASAP. My attorney will be contacting Net Spend Corporation soon. Your mission statement. Honor We serve the estimated 68 million underbanked consumers by giving them convenience, security, and freedom. Our products are designed to be used as tools for people who dont have a traditional bank account or who prefer to use alternative financial services.Business response

My 15 year old daughter got a summer job at Famous Anthonys and her paychecks were deposited on a skylight one card. At some point her card became locked, and she was unable to access her money. She called several times to unlock her card and even emailed the company her SS card and birth certificate. She waited to get a call from corporate and never received said call. I called for her and Skylight One disconnected the call when I asked for corporates address and phone number. They will not accept her birth certificate as identification and are requiring an ID card from the *** or driver license, all of which she is underage and cant obtain. At this point you have a minors wages locked on a card. They will not unlock the card or authorize a new card or send a check in my name to cash, again because she cannot cash a check without identification.Business response
