    I signed up for a limited offer for full-acces to their product. After using it for about a week, I decided I didn't want to renew. The website gives an email to write to for cancellations. It claims they'll reply within one business day. I have emailed them at least TWICE to cancel my account, but today I see I've been charged the monthly $37. I have emailed them once again today. There is no phone number listed on their site to cancel, plus, right after I signed up, someone from there phoned me and he told me if I wanted to cancel to write to that email. I just want my account canceled and my money credit back to my account!

    I requested that my account be cancelled on March 27, 2022 and I received an e-mail response on March 29, 2022 stating that my account was cancelled. However, my credit card statement shows that my card was charged (3) more times since then: 03/30- $37, 05/29- $37, 07/28- $37. I have reached out to the business using the phone number provided: ************** and was told that an account manager would reach back out to me. I have not received a phone call. However, an account rep did reach out via e-mail stating that my request was received and someone would reach back out within 48 hours. It has been past 48 hours and my issue is STILL unresolved. I think this company is a scam. I want my money back and will not be recommending anyone use their services again.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I did receive a response from the company...FINALLY. As of 09/19/2022 I have received a refund for the money that I was charged for the months in question (in the *** of $111.00). Thank you for your assistance and follow up.

    I closed account 4 months ago and still being charged for it. Tried calling and email several times. Calls go to answering service, emails no reply. Want last 4 months payments back and stop charging.

    This customer had an account with us in 2022; that was canceled at that time. We do not have this customer in our database with a current account. Not saying that he doesn't have one, just that we cannot locate one with the information he has given us.
