My home was damaged during the winter ************ damage 2 mos. after. We hired Pinpoint Company to do the repairs. The owner would come & pickup money from insurance without finishing the repairs & the work that they did is very sloppy. They didn't even finish the repairs to my home. The pipes burst and made a hole in the wall. I kept asking owner, her partner ****************** *** employees when they were going to cover that hole because an animal could go in through the hole & the owner responded until the insurance pays for the whole wall, I asked her ************ would refer me to her, I asked *** **************** would refer me to *****. Well despite me asking for 6 months a rat came in through the hole & had babies in my home & whatever was salvageable was damaged. She never put my items in storage or pod as promised until t*** issue happened. I have work that is not completed like the electrical plugs on the wall are sticking out, they put my headboard mirror as vanity mirror, left closet doors unpainted and they didn't install them back, they left patches when they retextured the ceiling & left bald spots, paint on walls and ceiling blending into each other where no tape was used or something to divide the 2. All electric plugs in bedrooms are not covered, my bedroom window was never replaced, nor the other 2 broken windows repaired, my roof work is very sloppy with all the nails sticking out and showing from all over the house they didn't paint the wood that was damaged in the roof, they didn't replace all the awnings that were damaged by hail and the list goes on and on. I want the Company to honor their work and come and finish the job and repair all the incorrect items they did. They also installed the garbage disposal on the wrong side of the sink and left the brand new floor all scratched & were going to replace it plus floor is missing from underneath dish washer. I can keep going but I'm pretty sure you understand the damage & repairs needed.Business response

The Gaytans and I have spoke. We went over what needs to be completed and already started ordering materials to complete the work!
